The location was perfect. We had two rooms and both were suites with kitchenette. One room was a little bigger with a separate bedroom so the baby could sleep without interrupting our visit. The area was very comfortable and clean. The beds were fantastic. The breakfast was delicious. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Get rid of that brand of toilet paper. It is like using sandpaper. We told the front desk staff at checkout that the shower pressure was useless. I am sure that if they replace the shower head, it would make a big difference. The hotel had a cribs for use and that was great. However, the sheet that came with the crib was not fitted. We noticed that the sheet would bunch up and start covering the baby’s face as she slept. We took the sheet off and the baby slept directly on the mattress. Not ideal but she still slept soundly. A fitted sheet would eliminate any safety concerns.

Room was clean and well stocked. Surprised to have a little kitchen and sitting area…Very spacious. Quiet. All main areas were clean. Fitness room had a lot of equipment, water cooler, towels and wipes . Breakfast was plentiful and delicious . Staff were friendly and professional. Plenty of parking spots. It was a great experience. We would definitely come back should the need arise.

It really was a great stay. In fact, they went out of their way to make sure there were hand sanitizers everywhere, garbage bins on each floor, information readily available, wifi worked well.

Beautiful rooms, the suite was well sized for a family of four with good separation between bedroom and living space. Full sized fridge and kitchen were nice. The rooms and whole facility was clean and well maintained.

If the pool isn’t open there really should be a discount or their should be an email go out before your stay allowing you to book elsewhere. Travelling with kids, the pool is a big highlight for the stay in a hotel. The breakfast was amazing, with a great selection but the staff could not keep up to the amount of people. Don’t get me wrong, the staff were great and were working hard, but it was hard for them to keep up with the volume of people coming down.

Consistent with other Homewood Suites I have stayed at. Facility was quiet, bed was comfortable.

Regular breakfast was not available due to Christmas holiday. Hilton Honors points not given as I booked through Booking.com

We had a honeymoon suite and we really appreciated the layout and the axtra space. Our breakfast was excellent, there were a great selection to choose from and the fresh waffles were a nice touch

Our room was clean with the exception of a hand cloth that was still hanging on the top curtain rod in the shower.

Nice breakfast, good staff. Nice warm swimming pool.

Interior Decoration felt a bit out dated and old. Could do with modernisation.

Convenience

The breakfast hot section was unappetising at times. Scrambled egg from a carton the only option.

Breakfast was ample and excellent! Staff was helpful and accommodating, especially when we experienced a noisy refrigerator and asked to move to another room. Very nice rooms/suite - a great home away from home. Had everything you would need.

Price was a little high, breakfast was ok however my wife has celiac disease and has to eat gluten free. The kitchen staff made fun of her for it and the only option she could have was toast, which was terrible. There should be bacon and reg sausages as well!

Room was clean, staff friendly, good location. Amenities good.

Price was high but I didnt like any other choices around the area and had stayed here before.
