The breakfast was excellent and well stocked. Close to 401 for easy access. The staff were friendly and attentive. The coffee bar was worth a small wait at breakfast and available 24/7.

It was a busy weekend with a couple hockey teams, one of the two elevators was broken, this was inconvenient. The final night of our stay the hot tub was shut down due to unexpected service required. It was disappointing but direct contact with the manager offering an apology was surprising and appreciated.

Good location and breakfast. Hot tub and pool easy to access and not too busy. Check in staff gave us lots of info.

Slight musty odour in the room (fan maybe) and bathroom and carpet both had signs of a less than thorough cleaning (shower had stains that we could wipe off & carpet had some left over fabric type (fuzzy) debris from a previous visit

Breakfast was very good with choice to suit everyone. Coffee was available to guests all day which was a great bonus. Microwave and fridge in room was very useful. Room was spacious. Staff were very helpful, nothing too much trouble.

Gym is very small and treadmill not working for the 10 days of my stay. Breakfast room was cold and sometimes cooked breakfast was just warm although not sure how this could be avoided with guests eating at different times.

Breakfast was outstanding the room was nice perhaps the old wallpaper could come down something brighter come up it could be a few more Outlets or at least some sort of power bar but overall the room was nice and the bed was absolutely spectacular the beds and pillows blankets. Comfortabler

We loved the breakfast. The rooms are okay, just starting to get outdated. I think they could use a paint job. Out of all the staff that I came into contact with I would rate 100%. However there was one staff member that was very inappropriate.

I did not like that there was no ashtray outside, I spoke to a few employees and they said they could not get one. If that is the case I think they could find a makeshift alternative. I did have a staff member who thought we could not hear her and said that my adult son was a dumb idiot and was stupid.

Our room was spacious King size bed was very comfortable The breakfast which was included in our stay was excellent They have a super coffee machine with lots of variety to choose from Staff were very polite and helpful

Everything was good. We'll stay here again if we find ourselves in Ontario

Breakfast was superb. The food was excellent as was the choice and range of options. All tastes were catered for. Tea & coffee were available 24/7.

I didn't like the paper plates and plastic cutlery but understand that there is a scarcity of kitchen employees and disposables solve this issue to a degree. Hope the throw away items are properly recycled.

The location was ideal for the purpose of our trip to African Lion Safari. And the pool/hot tub area was the perfect way to spend some more time with the kids afterwards.

If the towels/wash clothes could have been replaced with fresh clean ones and the garbage changed while we were out for the day.

Was reasonable and close to Cambridge memorial hospital where my wife was having hip replacement surgery. Breakfast was good.

Room was beside elevator and ice machine. Partying hotel guests were noisily using them into the early morning - on a Tuesday night??

The staff is very friendly, and the room was mostly clean,we did enjoy the swimming pool and hot tub.

The bath tub/ shower and sink were a little bit dirty, and the mattress is a little bit uncomfortable for my liking but other then that it was really nice.
