Free breakfast was great (and healthy). Fresh fruit also available. A non-working bedside lamp was replaced immediately with a new one. The bed was super comfy and had lots of pillows. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The air-conditioning worked great. Nice to have fridge, microwave, cable TV and wi-fi, all free.

You have to realize this is not a 5-star property, so expect that the carpet is worn, the desk chair has been well used. Some of the fixtures could use updating. However, this is an excellent property for the price. I would certainly stay again.

The bed was very comfortable. I asked for a room on the ground floor and that was immediately granted. Wi-fi was excellent.

A little difficult to find. My GPS sent me round and round in circles. On Booking.com's description it states tea/coffee maker. There wasn't any. Coffee or tea could be obtained at reception, a considerable distance from my room. It stated breakfast included in the price. Breakfast was just a paper package containing one or two items.

Quiet and clean, left early but they were putting the breakfast out which was breakfast sandwiches and yogurt that I seen.

Card doesn't work for the middle door so have to go into the main one, parking lot has huge potholes

The very friendly staff was greatly appreciated. Check-in was a breeze and the clerk was very welcoming. The same with the person who checked me out - very friendly and helpful. Smiling faces are great at any time!

For travelers who don't know your location, the motel is virtually impossible to find without a working illuminated sign. I understand it needs repairs but without it, finding the place was very frustrating.

I think I left my jacket in the closet of the room we were in but when I tried to call there was no answer anytime I tried to call.

Great location, shopping and good variety of restaurants all within walking range. Reason for our stay doing some traveling for our 50th Wedding Anniversary. Desk concierge discovered this and set us up with a wonderful room.Thank you so much. you will see us again, on Our return to Ottawa.

Room ambiance is really good. Very calm and peaceful. Kids friendly. Very helping and polite employees.

Breakfast provided is average. We have to pay for the laundry. Laundry should have been free.

I didnt like that when i booked i booked for2 nights for 3ppl 2 beds. And when we got there they had no rooms at all they were fully booked even thought i booked a room. At the desk they looked up my booking and insted of 2 nights they had 1 night reservered so we came back the next day, so that first night myself and my family slept in my car. Your staff made no effert to a comidate us.

Price was good. There was a lot of restaurants, stores around. Very close to the highway.

We didn't get fresh towels the 5 days we were there. There was some things under one of our bed from a previous customer so they hadn't vacuumed under the beds, that's for sure.
