Front Desk was always very helpful and polite, accomodating and easy to deal with. Room on 6th floor was great, overall i think it was nice hotel.

Pool chlorine was too much, elevator was noisy and other one not functional, originally assigned room on 3rd floor that didnt have functional TV and alarm clock. But the front desk resolved all the issues and assigned a good room.

The rooms was good size loved walk in shower the foyer was clean tidy lots room to sit and check in

I didn't like that my room smelled like burnt plastic and the alarm in my room went off from shower steam and room phone didn't work to call front desk so we had to go down to front desk ask for help to shot it off but it apparently it was old unit and had to put new one up ....

The hotel is clean and very well run. The property is being upgraded, so there were some minor issues that should not stop anyone from visiting this hotel. It was top-notch all the way!

The elevator and other small things were being upgraded, so some things were unavailable. Overall, this hotel is one of the best run I've seen.

I booked thru booking.com when I arrived they told me to pay for the room … I told front desk that I already paid thru booking.com … front desk said no that was just to reserve the room … I showed front desk the email receipt from booking.com … they still said it was to reserve the room and that booking.com will not charge me just the front desk … I knew this was not correct but I needed the room and didn’t want to start a ugly dispute then and there and I would call booking .com later … anyway sure enough there are 2 charges on me visa statement one from booking.com and the other from four points Cambridge … not happy with the front desk talking to me like I was stupid and not even caring or looking at the email properly !!!!

convenient for me to stay. The room was nice, and I like the fact that I could get breakfast in the morning at the hotel.

Rooms could use some upgrades, and the parking lot is dark at night.

Very strong perfumy smell in lobby. Not so much thankfully in the room. The smell was strong and we’re told it was the floor cleaning products, For people with sense sensibility that could cause problems

Location and staff

Everything was amazing but thr staff, they were exceptional. Housekeeping in particular were so wonderful and friendly. Also, there was a young Indian woman working at reception- she is phenomenal! Great with the kids, knowledgeable, kind and fun- a real pleasure and an asset to Four Points.

Another local hotel is having construction works (but had lower prices) and that when we chose Four Pounts.When we cheched in at Four Points, our floor was under construction. We had to implore the manager to give us a better rate. The pool needs help! There was mold in the bathroom shower too.

Was clean and service personnel where attentive and supportive

Price / Value - the rate was quite high for a property at this location (highway hotel) with limited amenities or nearby attractions. No breakfast included neither so It makes no sense.

Grounds untidy

The size of the room and being right off of the 401

The parking lot is too small. The snow removal was POOR. Snow between every car making it a slip and fall hazard. I was shocked that it was so poorly maintained considering the possibility for the company getting sued.
