The room was really lovely, very clean and modern. Nice blinds on the window that adjusted from filtered light to total darkness.Very roomy. I loved the shower!

The breakfast wasn't up to standards! I went about 8:30 and there was very little available.The pancake appliance was a nice touch. Nothing in the hot containers at all! Eventually the bacon was refilled. The coffee was so weak it was truely aweful!

Black out blinds, room layout and in room amenities. Hotel is one of the closest hotels to the local airport, approximately 15 minutes drive. Comfortable beds, spacious bathroom.

The included breakfast wasn't available until 0630, understandable, however there was no 'grab and go' bag as we have experienced at other chains for early departures. There are at least 3 flights that leave YKF between 0600 and before 0700.

In general hotel was clean, breakfast was good, parking was free.

One of the towels had a stain on it, but when I called the front desk, they sent some up rightaway. They sent us 2 more (considering there were originally only 2 and my booking was for 2 adults and 2 kids). We just used the small towel for my younger one. The a/c had a broken grid, but still worked fine.

Lovely, clean and quiet. Bacon and eggs at the breakfast was a wonderful surprise since we are keto! Bacon was cooked to perfection! Friendly staff!

Took about 10 minutes for shower to warm up but when it finally did it was good.

Staff were courteous and helpful. The gentleman running the breakfast room was efficient and attentive to the needs of guests. Had a King Suite, and loved the extra space.

The only complaint was the noise in the night from the truck, motorcycles, etc on King Street

A very simple but exceptionally well appointed room! There were night lights in perfect places, easy to access outlets, a shelf by a mirror for morning makeup, a refrigerator and a microwave, easy parking, friendly staff, several pillow choices, controllable AC, and very clean facilities.

Location was excellent… within easy walking distance to many restaurants and other amenities… Costco very close by…

Nothing… exceeded expectations… check in and check out was the most efficient I have ever experienced… staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely…

Nothing specific . It will be good if can keep the 2 waters of water as complimentary for the remaining days instead of only the first day.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Beds were excellent. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Breakfast was OK - eggs tasted like they were from a bottle and the bacon was fatty and not cooked enough for my taste. Lots of other items on the menu were good.

I thought the breakfast selection was quite good, especially the large selection of hot beverages available. The room had everything we needed and the hotel staff were all helpful and friendly.

I wish the breakfast went a little later and that there was a bit more fresh fruit (or that the fruit was a bit nicer, more specifically better apples). I really miss bathroom fans in hotel rooms.
