Warm welcome from General Manager who gave room 111 with walk out patio doors to Queen Posterpedic Plush pillow top mattress. Sweet smoke free room with high end guests. Swimming pool was outdoors and refreshing as I did lane Swimming. Breakfast was generous and delicious. Sybil sanitized our suite meticulously.

Tim Hortons is less than 40' away yet closed at 9 PM as I bought a dozen donuts, and French Vanilla. Dozens of first class restaurants nearby like " Toasters ". Will definitely be back soon. One of the Best Managed Hotels in Ontario. Congratulations on all your hard tireless work. Very grateful for my mid June 2023 Business Director's meetings. A close place from our work to go there for the weekend We were on our 36 hr rest stop from our transport truck and was a good break out living in the truck and was in the garage to get fixed

Nice people around and a good location

good wifi Quiet as there was no traffic noise Had a reasonable choice for the breakfast with a nice early start of 6am

More electrical outlets for charging phones and using laptop I always bring an extension chord along so I had to unplug the TV and plug in the extension chord and then plug the TV into the extension chord as well as my laptop and phone chargers

bed was very good and comfortable. The employee was very very helpful and knowledgeable. The location of all the different places to eat etc.

the bedroom should be painted and cleaned ( not the person that cleans, it is the cracks and corners dirty, bathroom shower and attachments needs to be changed etc) a little more also I found the doors need to be fixed so they can close so you don;t here your guest getting back to there room

Price.

I don't like polyester bedding. Makes me perspire while sleeping. This hotel needs to be aired out. Wreaks with cigarette smoke. Carpets are very dirty, actually disgusting. Too many smokers hanging out around the back entrance. Cigarette smoke is why I dislike the hotel. With the restaurant/bar, people in the hallways all night, making a lot of noise. Didn't get a good sleep. Noisy - Don't stay in the hallway connected to the bar.

The building is older and it looks like they’re ready to do some renovations, which is great. But overall, the experience was great and the price was amazing.

Breakfast was good. Safe parking and a lot of space. Tim Hortons are nearby and excellent location in main area. Staff are friendly and accommodating.

Bathroom not so clean. Towels are too rough and old. The hallway smells xxx.

It was an older Hotel but, every thing worked well. the price was amazing !!

The diner accessible from inside the front lobby..very convenient when you haven’t got a ride to look for a place to eat..the food and service was great!

A shuttle to Kitchener airport would have been nice..

Great room with fridge, microwave, cable with plenty of channels and black out curtains. Great pizza place next door. Friendly & helpful staff
