Breakfast was very good. Buffet style with great variety, hot and cold selections, lots to choose from. Very well done. Hotel is clean, quiet and fairly priced.

I would have preferred that housekeeping not change towels daily. Seems like a very petty concern but the card in the bathroom explained the process and why it was important to be conscious of the environmental impact of so much laundry. Plus I did mention to staff that I did not need fresh towels daily. I guess they do their jobs too well! Also, a small floor mat just inside the door would be nice.The amount of snow and salt on winter boots leave big puddles and salt stains on the floor.😀

Absolutely fabulous hotel, I can’t get over what a bargain it was, modern and clean the staff were always so friendly and welcoming to the children also, nothing was too much trouble. The unlimited free coffee and the breakfasts were incredible, fresh fruit, cooked breakfast, cereals, yoghurt, toast and various toppings and the very fun to watch pancake making machine! Rooms were nice and quiet and lovely big windows. Great location straight off the highway aswell!

I honestly don’t have any complaints it was a great stay.

I asked for a quiet room and was given a quiet room. I didn't hear another soul when I was in it. The pool and exercise room were also pleasantly empty. The breakfast was superb. I have quite strict dietary requirements which are hard to fulfill, but the breakfast had an excellent selection for a Canadian hotel. They even have oat milk and soy milk. Awesome. The room was huge, and the bed was comfortable.

The fan in the room is very noisy when it turns on. The decor is functional, nothing more.

Staff were excellent! Friendly, knowledgeable, patient, good listeners and helpful. The hotel (reception, common area, elevators and room) was attractive and comfortable. Breakfast had a good assortment and tasty options. Great location (close to highway, fast food and gas station options in the same parking lot)

The heat was a little loud. It didn't prevent me from sleeping but I was startled whenever it came on. A small thing really. Everything else was great!!

The rooms were very clean, fresh smelling, spacious, and with all amenities. Staff is friendly and quick at their job. The hot free breakfast has improved in selection, that's a good trend. There's plenty of parking all around. Great location with gas station, Tim's, and a handful of fast food restaurants right beside

Only staying one night each time

Breakfast was excellent and they opened exactly on time so that enabled us to time our arrival to our event each day. Good quality and variety so each day we tried different things. Staff were very attentive!

A fire alarm went off at approximately 1:50 am on Saturday night. We didn't get to bed until 1 am (doing the books and inventory) and then had to deal with the fire alarm. No announcement was given to inform guests so we had to go down the steps, luckily the alarm stopped and we didn't have to go down to far. In the morning, the desk staff had to be asked what happened. No discount/incentives were offered and I was to rushed to leave to ask. In London, England the same situation happened in 2020 and they offered a discount as we were all inconvenienced by the

Very good hotel , super clean room and bathroom. Breakfast very good although I will never get used to paper plates and plastic cutlery. Slightly far out from the town so premium prices for such things as water, soft drinks for the room but knowing that now I would just order a taxi and go to the local supermarket to stock up for the week if I was to return .

With the highway right beside the hotel I had difficulty sleeping and would therefore ask for a room at the back of the hotel . no bar area to mingle after a days work - especially when working so far away from home.

Breakfast is great, lots of hot food to choose from and everything else you need. The location is close to the highway and about six restaurants within walking distance. Staff is friendly and checks you in and out quickly. This is my go-to spot when staying in Brantford

The room had a wall control for the shades, and it didn't work, so for two nights, an outside light at the building across was shining in the window

It was very clean and comfortable

It was loud. There were many kids staying there for baseball and my room was beside a room that at some points had 10 kids in there (I counted them all coming out!), screaming and stomping and it sounded like throwing things around. I think it would be nice if they saved some rooms or floors for guests who need quiet and sleep, because these kids were constantly running up and down the hallways and in and out of doors for hours. It ruined my evening.

I like that the hotel was very modern, and all facilities were very clean. We got to enjoy the indoor pool, and they even had a gym! The room was big, and clean. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom very spacious (and again, clean). The breakfast was great, a lot of room to seat, and a lot of different and varied options for breakfast. I would recommend. The hotel is only 5min away from great restaurants and Brantford.

The hotel parking lot is shared with other hotels, and it can get busy really fast. It was sometimes difficult to find a spot, but we always ended up finding one a bit further.
