I liked the breakfast and social dinner provided. I also liked that the suite had a functional kitchen, kitchen utensils, and a full sized fridge.

I did not like the fact that parking was not free. Parking is paid, and is so expensive, set at $15 per day. It's already bad that the hotel is located in a busy part of town where it is difficult to find parking. It feels like the hotel is taking advantage of guests by asking them to pay for parking, because what other option do we have? It takes away from the other nice things that would have make the stay impeccable. Imagine having to pay $15/day for the whole length of ones stay. It cancels the value for money that one might have gotten on the reservation. If anything, parking should be free fpr guests to make the experience wholesome.

Such a lovely hotel! The staff were courteous and helpful. The facilities were lovely and impeccably clean.Our room was impressive. I was not expecting a FULL kitchen in the suite with huge fridge/freezer, stove, microwave & dishwasher. Even the garage was well lit & tidy. I was travelling with my dog & the hotel was tremendously welcoming.

The area around the hotel was mostly lovely - steps from Hess Village, but there is a parking lot right next to the hotel where there were a number of individuals buying/selling & engaging in using illicit substances.

The location was great, the room was fantastic and super comfortable, and the staff was so friendly and helpful. I'm travelling on business so I really liked the desk/business setup they had in the room, with a comfortable chair. Bed was very comfortable and the kitchen area had everything you would need. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The water pressure in the shower wasn't great, but it was okay.

It felt very safe and secure , the rooms were stocked and clean. The breakfast was fabulous , fresh fruit and lot of options for everyone . Check in was easy and the parking garage was a big plus for us , especially in the winter! The staff was very helpful also!

The pool area wasn’t very big or accommodating for a lot of people , travelling with other families made it harder to collect to watch the children play together.

I liked that the hotel had a secured entrance. We were able to park in an underground parking lot. Clean and comfortable. The room was a suite with full size fridge, and cooking element. Great hot/cold breakfast included. Fresh waffles, french toast, cereal, muffins, fruit , eggs, bacon, oatmeal, yogurt bar, and bagels. Fresh coffee, juice, white and chocolate milk.

The area of Hamilton is rough but it didn’t ruin our stay.

Staff was exceptional from the people at the reception desk when I checked in and out, to the kitchen staff, to the house keeping. They were all just lovely, friendly and welcoming people. Special thank you to all the kitchen staff especially Sarah and Melissa. They were always at hand to give advice about places to go.

The place was clean, tidy and a great location. We were able to get from Hamilton to many parts of Ontario using the bus service and trains. Getting back was even better because most buses stopped a stone throw away from the suite. Downfall was on our first night we witnessed a death near the hotel and the following week a shooting which was frightening. Homelessness was a real issue near the Suite.

The room was excellent, very close to where we were going, walking distance to Firstontario Centre. Breakfast was great had everything we enjoy eating, (except chocolate milk). We did not need to worry about are car with the private parking. Very friendly staff.

Their was a strong odour in the hallway that was not pleasant. When we would walk from the elevator to our room. No where else in the hotel.

The staff are courteous, kind & helpful. The location is excellent - easy to get to off the highway and close to the centre of Hamilton. The hotel is pet friendly and has secure indoor parking. The breakfast is tremendous.

No complaints or concerns about the property. There is a lot of construction around the location so the hotel offers ear plugs at reception.

The breakfast was excellent. The Wed light supper was a great touch. The room itself was very clean and the kitchen was amazing The staff was helpful and friendly

The bed was not overly comfortable (for the price paid) The price was a little outrageous, I booked/paid it ONLY because the location was prime for my events there. (I found out a friend who had a same room as I had paid HALF of what I paid per night!!!) It's sad a hotel can charge ridiculous money because of events on in their city.

Spacious apartment, huge balcony, extremely helpful & friendly staff. We feel very welcome here. The breakfast is good. The light complimentary dinner was simple but a nice touch.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like. My son Wishes there was a hot tub (but there is a small indoor pool)
