I loved the deal I got on this hotel but the QUALITY! When we arrived, the front staff was so warm & friendly. Sahil went above and beyond and even gave us a free breakfast coupon! When we got up to our suite; not only was it clean, it was nice! Newer appliances, complimentary coffee and waters too!

Human error happens! When we showed up to our suite - it was incredibly clean but when the sheets were pulled back; there was a dirty shoe print on the right side.. We didn't bother complaining as it looked like maybe the housekeeping stepped on the bed momentarily? I am sure if we said something - sheets wouldve been delivered asap. The area as well is more in an industrial area, and we noticed squatters trying to stay in the lobby.

Did not have breakfast I the hotel during my week's stay. I made a request for a lake facing room, and was given one. Appreciated the friendly and professional engagement with all staff (desk, people who cleaned rooms & the common area. I had a special need and it was taken care of within a half hour. Excellent service.

Nothing. Everyone was professional. The room was very clean and comfortable throughout my entire stay (1 week)l. I never felt the need to ask for anything.

Our rooms were impeccably clean and the beds very comfortable. The food was fantastic--we tried several things over our stay, and there is something for everyone--we have dietary needs of varying kinds. The staff at the desk were friendly and helpful, and the staff at the restaurant/bar were some of the finest I've experienced staying anywhere--especially want to give credit to Laura and Nate who made our stay memorable! There is a decent-sized pool for relaxation, exercise or play and a well-equipped fitness room. Easy access to highway to get to Hamilton. There is a Walmart nearby as well which is convenient if you forgot to pack anything.

The surrounding area is not very walkable--not a huge deal if you have a car but difficult if you don't.

The restaurant was great from the appetizer to the meal. Server was upbeat and very personable.

The fridge in our room did not work, even though it was plugged in. I let the person at the front desk know and he offered to get us a new fridge, I told him not to worry about it as we were leaving first thing in the morning. Washroom was great, but I thought they maybe could have used another hook, in which to hang one's wet towel.

Very clean, modern room with good clean bed and hard comfy mattress. Complementary water provided twice, love that. Stuff was so nice and polite. Amazing restaurant on the first floor. Huge thanks to the morning staff at the restaurant, the lady was so friendly and with great sense of humour. High standard service. Will definitely come again!!!

Tv screen was having funny blue shade. The mini fridge cabinet door hinge was broken.

Everything we had access to was above expectations. From the front lobby, well maintained and clean, to the room, large, beautiful and functional, this hotel was one of the few places within this price range that made us feel really comfortable and relaxed.

The pillows were a bit uncomfortable but nothing critical for a 2 night stay.

The limited menu and prices in the dining room. I do not think i got value for money spent. My experience at dinner was good.The server did all he could to make my experience a good one.. The bed linen felt stiff .

Nice newer hotel right off the highway. The beds were comfortable and the AC blew cold. They had streaming on the tv which is always something we look for. The kids loved the pool!

Parking lot was a bit confusing to get into, maybe more signs would have helped. A few stains on the floors and bedding that might be off putting to some people.

The hotel was clean and tidy, the lifts all worked and the room was very clean. The staff were all really friendly and nothing was too much hassle for them. Excellent location too. Breakfast was delicious and the food in the evening was also good and not over priced.

Location was about 40 mins from Niagara Falls and same from Niagara On The Lake. We used it as base for these areas, so it was ideal. Opposite a Walmarts and Shoeless Joe's. Near a beach reserve as well. But also just off some really busy roads - could see from window but couldn't hear. Was exactly what we needed after flight from UK - comfortable beds and fantastic tv. Also not that far from Pearson Airport.
