I loved the deal I got on this hotel but the QUALITY! When we arrived, the front staff was so warm & friendly. Sahil went above and beyond and even gave us a free breakfast coupon! When we got up to our suite; not only was it clean, it was nice! Newer appliances, complimentary coffee and waters too!

Human error happens! When we showed up to our suite - it was incredibly clean but when the sheets were pulled back; there was a dirty shoe print on the right side.. We didn't bother complaining as it looked like maybe the housekeeping stepped on the bed momentarily? I am sure if we said something - sheets wouldve been delivered asap. The area as well is more in an industrial area, and we noticed squatters trying to stay in the lobby.

Our rooms were impeccably clean and the beds very comfortable. The food was fantastic--we tried several things over our stay, and there is something for everyone--we have dietary needs of varying kinds. The staff at the desk were friendly and helpful, and the staff at the restaurant/bar were some of the finest I've experienced staying anywhere--especially want to give credit to Laura and Nate who made our stay memorable! There is a decent-sized pool for relaxation, exercise or play and a well-equipped fitness room. Easy access to highway to get to Hamilton. There is a Walmart nearby as well which is convenient if you forgot to pack anything.

The surrounding area is not very walkable--not a huge deal if you have a car but difficult if you don't.

Very clean, modern room with good clean bed and hard comfy mattress. Complementary water provided twice, love that. Stuff was so nice and polite. Amazing restaurant on the first floor. Huge thanks to the morning staff at the restaurant, the lady was so friendly and with great sense of humour. High standard service. Will definitely come again!!!

Tv screen was having funny blue shade. The mini fridge cabinet door hinge was broken.

The limited menu and prices in the dining room. I do not think i got value for money spent. My experience at dinner was good.The server did all he could to make my experience a good one.. The bed linen felt stiff .

Location was about 40 mins from Niagara Falls and same from Niagara On The Lake. We used it as base for these areas, so it was ideal. Opposite a Walmarts and Shoeless Joe's. Near a beach reserve as well. But also just off some really busy roads - could see from window but couldn't hear. Was exactly what we needed after flight from UK - comfortable beds and fantastic tv. Also not that far from Pearson Airport.

The hotel was conveniently located just off the highway on the way to Niagara Falls, so very convenient. The room was comfortable and quiet, if slightly tired. Appreciated the coffee machine and the friendly welcome at reception.

We found it a bit hard to find the entrance in the dark - ended up driving around a less than pleasant industrial area in the dark. No information on breakfast options in the room.

Bed is so comfy I love it, room very clean and air so fresh beyond my expectation thats why I decide to stay longer, staff are amazing always able to help with everything,I would highly recommended .Its very quiet and great location close to lake and shopping ,close to highway...I would give 5 star

close to the highway, and to where I needed to work. staff was helpful when I needed a late check-out and were accommodating when I needed a room away from the elevator so I could sleep as I got back at weird times. bed was comfy, room was clean for the most part.

the bathroom wallpaper was a little dirty/splattered with I think was red nailpolish or paint. the grout in the shower was also a bit worse for wear. Otherwise, the room was ok.

Breakfast was not included in my package but front office manager Neema Patel kindly offered us two days complimentary breakfast it was nice hotel staff was friendly it was comfortable stay

The only one problem we had our tv apps were not working and maintenance guy couldn’t solve the problem and he was very rude don’t know how to behave with customers this makes us very upset but the hotel management gave 20% discount on our stay for the apology of this incident

We couldn't stay for breakfast as we had made other arrangements. The room was nice and well equipped with amenities.

The room seemed completely spotless until I had my shower in the morning and found brownish red marks and hairs stuck to the tiles near the top of the shower wall close to the ceiling. We also found ourselves waking up in the middle of the night because we were cold and another blanket on the bed would have been nice.
