We truly enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect in proximity to Burlington (25min) and the near parks and waterfalls (10min) and supermarkets (5min). The parking was free and it was very specious! The room was super comfortable, with a cosy area to relax and watch TV. The bed was comfortable too. The bathroom was well maintained with a new shower installed. The hotel had a swimming pool, small shop and a restaurant to enjoy the breakfast, lunch and dinner, hence a perfect stay for us for a couple of days. The wall isolation was great and we didn’t hear any noise from the corridor. The staff was very friendly amd helpful!

Food was excellent. Staff that we interacted with were lovely. Building was clean.

Loose toilet seat causing pain to my sprained wrist(grabbing wall to not fall) No conditioner the first morning(Saturday) Beds made so that the sheets, blankets barely covered your chest. We had to pull out the sheets and blankets from the bottom of the bed to have full coverage. Would have been nice to have a kettle as I am a tea drinker.

Everything about the hotel was wonderful. I would like to have had a fan in the bathroom. Each time I showered, I had to get the hair dryer to get the steam off the mirror.

I would have preferred more to select from in the restaurant. I had a problem getting something satisfactory each morning and evening. I was travelling alone and being a senior, I couldn’t walk 10 minutes or more to find a restaurant.

I like the tv and net, music, ok clean but when you get feet wet and step on carpets and go into bath room you make mud. Carpets are so dirty the walk from spa tub next to your bed to bathroom tracks mud. Free soaps, laundry soap, dryer sheets, nice coffee set up, bath salt, free pop corn. Good store and cheep enough prices, pool, hot tub, spa tubs, shower, gum, laundry, restaurant (not good food unless hipster), bar (ok) remember not the get non alcohol drink not labeled well, court yard off limits work, they are always fixing things.

Your food is bad hipster food and mild is hot so I ordered out, The food people 2 times could not get to or find location (1 time skip the dish's, 1 time uber eats). I like the Marriott across the street more for the free food but you have hot tubs so you win but they get a 10/10 and you get a 9/10 because your food will never live up to them and you have a star bucks. You were cheaper then them and I get a hot tub. Your court yard and name sake was under work, your laundry despite free soap nice touch, don't work that well. Dried clothing in room %50 hanging blow dryer. Location not good if you don't have a car.

The room was very nice and the staff were very friendly

We stayed a week and the pool and hot tub were so murky that nobody was using them. Very disappointing as I had intended to swim every day. On our last day the pool was “closed for maintenance”. The morning we left the pool and hot tub were in beautiful condition with crystal clear water finally, but much too late. I don’t know how hotels can advertise services that they don’t provide but still charge full price. Very disappointing.

The staff were extremely helpfull and friendly. Breakfast was decent for a hotel breakfast, Coffee selection was excellent.

The hotel was under construction during our stay which I was not made aware of. But the area where we stayed was newly renovated and lovely once you made your way past the current renovations.

The staff was lovely. We ate breakfast one morning. It was terrific.

Unfortunately, we were put on a floor with several dance competition teams who lacked adult supervision. There was running up and down the hallway and loud talking past 10 o'clock. We were surrounded! The bathtub needs a shower curtain extender. The shower curtain wanted to wrap around me every time I showered. ICK.

The location was great, close to expressways making for efficient route planning. The housekeeping services were excellent. We used the bistro three times and found the staff very pleasant and accommodating. We had a main floor room looking into the courtyard. It was quiet at night.

Loved the common areas and gathering spaces.

The hot tub was closed and there was noise in the middle of the night three nights in a row. Didn't like not being able to turn left coming out of the hotel.

Staff was excellent..Ate at the bistro, food was excellent and our waiter Nick, went beyond his duty to make sure everything was to our satisfaction..Beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. I usually bring my own pillow but didn't need to use it here. 👍

Unfortunately the pool and hot tub were out of sevice..😕
