I thought this was a great hotel, better than I was expecting. The mattress was very good. The towels were nice and thick. The shower was great and the bathroom was stylish. The in-room coffee was handy. The pool is small but was a nice feature to have, also the sauna. The staff were kind, helpful, and professional. A bit far from a grocery but the hotel is on the bus route.

Street noise. The desk and chairs could be updated. There were two beds in the room and only one of them had the very nice mattress. Since I was alone, this didn't matter, but it could for others. A choice/variety of pillows would be nice.

The heating and air cond. worked! And it was easy to use. The room was spotless. The beds were comfortable. It is a very quiet hotel. The reception staff are all amazing, polite and helpful. We met one of the cleaning ladies, big smile, asked if we needed anything. We even had a small range, refrigerator and microwave in the room. They even included plates and cutlery! TV includes Netflix. They have a pool and a small restaurant. An impressive variety of snacks were available 24/7 thru vending machines near reception.

Parking. We always found a parking spot but space was tight. So I really thought about this question and that was about it. There is no question that we will stay at your hotel again. I would highly recommend you to my friends and family. (In fact we did at the wedding (reason for our trip) and I think they stayed with you too.

Hot tub, in room dinner was open, vending with pop and chip candy. Pool. sauna, common space hot tub, microwave, coffee maker, fire place, windows not to bad view. Hot water, fast fill, 2 TV's cable and net, radio, iron, vault, elevator, YouTube. Couch and living room. Fridge, ice, cold water. Location not to bad, food close, booze close, warm, safe, space. Gym and washer and dryer free for use only one for all.

This time you did not clean as well and you clean well most of the time. Bugger on light in bathroom, bugger around, kids hand prints, dirty fire place front, did clean the hot tube once before use, shower corners red soap, fridge cupboard, little black mold under lip of bathroom sink, dust. Next your TV has net and I check the history of the YouTube and Islamic music, child porn ''2 18 years old's suck a ***'' other adult porn and jewelry reviews, Tailor swift and dixy chicks. RED FLAG - Do you not report to the cops the child molester in your motel? The things that happen in your walls is easy to see every time I come and look in your computer history.

We recently stayed at Visitors Inn in Hamilton and had a great experience. Even though our room view was just of the road, it was still pleasant and did not detract from our stay. The staff were friendly and kept our room clean throughout our visit. We were delighted to find plenty of restaurants nearby, which made dining options convenient and varied. Additionally, the staff were very accommodating and allowed us to store our luggage after checkout, which made our trip much easier. Overall, we had a comfortable stay and would definitely recommend Visitors Inn for anyone visiting Hamilton!

Hot tub, pool, sauna. I was able to cook food as well and eat and drink lots of food. Wash free, clean all the stuff in the room. TV was good but no Youtube or net Youtube on TV, radio ok, wifi used my own so idk speed. Phone, pop and snack to buy. Bed is good, heat is good. View good. Jerk chicken cooked like a 5 star pro, I would like less spicey chicken options like bbq but I do eat jerk some times and this is the best one in town so far. Booze on site but somedays closed bar and food.

I booked a queen single and got a queen double, the bedding was a bit dirty so they moved me to another queen double. It was ok a bit of blood on the wall I washed off. Washer was a bit ruff with my stuff. Vending machine got M & M and they are wet and dripping colors. I love the tase but your grease is old, only motel steak that's cut up not whole but real good flavor and amount of food on plate.

Love the hot tub and pool, sauna. Food good, booze and snack and drinks on location. TV with net, Out side safe, easy delivery's, room clean, nice view, windows, air and heat, shower. I had a nice big $3 cup of milk and it made me happy to not go out side. Got chips, few can's pop and few juice from vending machine. $3 each item, free water and ice. My delivery didn't give me vinegar with my fry's or ketchup and they were nice enough to give me 2 packs of ketchup and one tiny cup vinegar and that was nice. It's in a good uber eats deal area, 2 meals 2 large pops $20 both - chicken on rice, chicken and fry's the food on site is good too $20-$30 a meal, the jerk chicken is good and the steak and fry's and you can't mess up a breakfast, cheaper then delivery for morning foods if you eat breakfast, They also have deserts for a small treat, I seen some one got a slice of cake. Washer are free, and gym on site.

Day one the hot tub was full of dirt from the sand tape the big men must have ruffed up but fine and nice for use. Day 2 it looked like cooked period or wet poo residue at the bottom even after cleaning and a top off by staff. It's a small space can be refilled daily. I used pool instead that day it was nice, not to cold, shower is to cold. Washer was not great. I got green on out fit never knew how it got their seen same green in washer. Dryer was not drying. Early morning work sounds in halls.

The room was clean, spacious and had everything that you needed, including a little kitchenette with dishes/cutlery, kettle, keurig coffee maker and coffee pods.

My only complaint was that I could not get a little bit of milk for my tea in the morning. The hotel only offers "coffee mate" powder, which does not go well with orange pekoe tea. I asked the restaurant for a "dribble" of milk for my tea and was told that they were not affiliated with the hotel and could not give me any milk. My family of 8 went to the restaurant for breakfast after. I asked if they had Tetley tea. They did not. So I asked for hot water and some milk, because I had my own tea bags in case. Again, they would not give me milk, unless I paid for a tea. Unbelievable. Maybe the hotel could supply little restaurant sized milk cups.

Room was clean, nicely appointed, with all amenities as listed. Individual thermostat, reading light on both sides of large king sized bed. Swimming pool looked clean, good exercise room and other rooms at lower level. Breakfast was extra, but worth the price; very nice lady who waited tables also cooked the meal exactly as ordered.

Would have like to see recycling bins in the room.

We love staying at The Visitor's Inn. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the hotel is very clean and inviting. We will stay again.

This stay was the first time we stayed on the ground floor, room 102 on Main St side. We found the traffic noise to be very loud and distracting. Obviously not the hotel's fault, but something to think about for future stays. Also we were a bit disappointed that housekeeping started so early and were so loud, even on Sunday. Aside from that we enjoyed our stay

While it was not the hotels fault - I found out the restaurant is independently ran - they would not accommodate us (13) for supper at the hotel when we called for a reservation- they only had 1 cook and 1 server on and if they would have known they would have brought in more staff to take us … they were closed during the day so we called as soon the restaurant opened …. When we arrived back at the hotel the restaurant was completely empty - not 1 table occupied - and the server and cook were sitting at the bar on their phones …. Hmm … we ordered in and they lost out on the money …. Too bad for them … they should have someone else runnning the restaurant
