The rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable. Reception staff were really helpful and welcoming. The hotel offers a laundry service, which was very useful towards the end of a stay. Although the hotel is located in the suburbs, a free bus pass enabled us to access the city centre easily and within about 30 minutes, while leaving the car at the hotel, although is limited in the evenings.

There are currently major road works and a building project next to the hotel. This did not affect sleep quality and is not the fault of the hotel, but make accessing it more complicated for the time being. Meals were delicious, but were of a 'fine dining' standard. A more limited bistro style menu would be an attraction, especially as local alternatives are limited.

Our stay was two nights. The hotel itself and the rooms in the hotel are clean. The bathroom is modern with beautiful lights, which adds to the coziness. The service is impeccable. Everything was delicious in the restaurant, the service and atmosphere were top notch. One of the best hotel modern gyms I've ever used with a view of the swimming pool. There is a mini room shop in the hotel where you can buy everything you need (sweets, beer, ice cream, etc.) Thank you.

Everything was clean, comfortable bed, shower was great, room had natural ventilation and heating. Parking was not a problem, the place is located away from the city, quiet surroundings, but some guests had a late night party with a lot of noise. You can expect some private noise in a hotel, but this was another unfortunate thing... that's why I can't rate it 5 stars, overall nice experience.

I'm still waiting for my deposit to be released, I paid in advance and lost some time at checkout because they asked for a credit card deposit, despite advertising that they didn't accept Apple Pay.

Room on the main floor better than the second floor (we had that room the week prior). It had a better baathroom and new hardwood floors. The restaurant is excellent - a bit pricy but worth every penny.

Major construction outside the front door. It is about 9 kms from the old town. You need a car if you are in Quebec City to visit the old town.

STAFF WORKING WHEN WE CHECKED WERE VERY HELPFUL AND INFORMATIVE. THEY SUPPLIED US WITH THE INFORMATION WE REQUESTED AND TELEPHONE NUMBERS FOR RESTAURANT RESERVATIONS. OUR ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN AND CLEANING STAFF ENSURED W HAD THE ITEMS WE REQUESTED.

WEEKEND STAFF WORKING THE FRONT DESK WERE NOT VERY HELPFUL AND MADE US FEEL LIKE WE WERE DISTURBING THEM BY ASKING FOR INFORMATION AND BEING TOLD THEY DIDNT KNOW . THERREFORE WE SPENT ALOT OF TIME DRIVING AROUND. OUR BEST SOURCE FOR INFORMATION DURING OUR STAY CAME FROM THE PERSON WHO CHECKED US IN AND STRANGERS WE ASKED ON THE STREET.

We recently stayed at Best Western Premier Hotel Aristocrate (suite room) and couldn’t be more impressed. The room was incredibly specious and clean with all the amenities you’d expect from a luxury hotel. I highly recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, luxurious stay.

The location is a bit away from Old Quebec City, but other than that, the experience was exceptional.

The room was comfortably appointed, bed was very nice as was the selection of pillows. Loved having the shampoo/conditioner/shower gel right in the shower. The location is excellent, close to lots of restaurants and an amazing patisserie just down the road, as it the aquarium. The restaurant was really nice, pricey, but excellent selection of food and drinks. It's nice to have one on site for when you don't want to venture out or want to have a couple of drinks. It was quite busy as well, which says a lot about the quality of the food.

The hall carpeting was very old, but clean. Also, the noise from rooms around you was a bit much at times. There seemed to be almost no thought given to muting sounds between rooms when it was designed. But unless they're planning to renovate, there isn't much they can do to help with that. It's also hard to report because no one was going out of their way to make noise at all, there's just nothing between rooms to help with that it seems. I used YouTube to stream rain sounds to help mute it. But I'm sure that probably bothered my neighbors...

Very clean and comfortable room. Beds very nice with excellent quality cotton sheets. Expensive but worth it.

Located a little way out from old town centre (main attraction) but only a 15 minute taxi ride. Unfortunately major road construction going on in the area which made local exploration difficult. Restaurant very expensive for both dinner and breakfast.

The hotel and the room were clean and spotless. The staff were friendly and helpful. Check-in and Check-out processes were convenient. The location were good with easy access to highway and close proximity to attractions

There were too much noise from the corridor in the morning from other guests

Good facilities. Although a bit far from time, it is just a stop from the bus station which took us into the city with no hussle. Since we stayed two nights, we also received free ride on public transportation (apparently- promotion sponsored by the Quebec city. Can't promist it is for ever :) )
