We recently stayed at this hotel and were genuinely impressed by the exceptional staff — warm, professional, and always ready to go the extra mile to make us feel welcome. From check-in to the daily interactions with the housekeeping and reception teams, their dedication and friendliness made a real difference in our stay. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was impeccable. Rooms were spotless, common areas well maintained, and even the smallest details were clearly taken care of. It’s clear that hygiene and guest comfort are high priorities here.

The only downside — and the reason for the missing fifth star — was the poor Wi-Fi connection near the pool area. While it worked well indoors and in the room, the signal near the pool was weak and often unusable. Not a major issue for everyone, but worth noting for those who like to stay connected while lounging outside.

The breakfast was very nice with plenty of options. The staff was super friendly and great, overall the vibe was very relaxed. I must add that I think they really made effort to process the feedback because all the things we read previously about the beds at the pool and headboard of the bad that would be dated and old towels, we did NOT see. Everything seemed very updated actually! Would highly recommend also because of the relaxed vibe overall.

Airport transfer is not necessary at all, with a taxi that is very easy to get at both the airport and the hotel, it’s 20euros one way. Hilton transfer is double that price. Just get a taxi

Prior to my arrival, I had good correspondence with the front desk about taxis and other queries. The hotel is a short walk from the centre of town with a quiet stretch of beach in front of it. The breakfasts were amazing with so much choice and the staff here were all lovely. I went to the spa on my last day and wish I had gone sooner as it was so relaxing and I had a very chilled time. Again, the staff were great. I ate at the restaurant on the beach a few times, it's a nice location and the food was ok.

Unfortunately I found the person that checked me in to be off hand and rude. It wasn't a good welcome and as it was my first stay at a Hilton, did not shine a good light on the Hilton brand. Another time, when I asked if I could get some toiletries that were missing from my room, another person at the front desk did not seem at all attentive and my request was not met. I ended up leaving a note in my room for housekeeping. Other members of staff at the front desk were fine and I had no problem but I do wonder if some of the staff need further training in hospitality to meet at least 3 star plus standards. I hasten to add, staff around the rest of the hotel were great.

The hotel is very comfortable with good sized rooms, a high level of cleanliness and has friendly, helpful staff. It is in a good, quiet location where walking into the town is just 20 minutes along a lovely beach-side path.

The quality of the food is not commensurate with a 5 star hotel. In particular, Crispy Chicken Slider at the pool bar was of such poor quality I could not eat it (and I am not a food snob !). The roast chicken in the Bounty Restaurant was better but not great. There are some excellent local restaurants which I would suggest using instead of dining in the hotel.

We had an amazing stay at the Hilton Hotel. The facilities were excellent. The pool was a very good size and never felt too busy with plenty of sun loungers. The location was perfect, a short distance from town and right on the beach with free sun loungers for guests. The food at the buffet and pool bar was great quality with a very good selection and was reasonably priced. Entertainment was pleasant with different types of live music that was low key and elegant. There was a great selection at the breakfast buffet with plenty of seating and top notch service. In general the staff were very friendly. The room was spacious and clean with a large comfy bed and nice balcony and view.

While we really enjoyed our stay there were a few minor details that could be improved upon. Although the staff were generally very pleasant and friendly, the Cize bar and beach bar staff were inattentive and occasionally rude. I don’t know why but we only had one cup in our room which we had to share. We paid for a sea view but we felt that this description to be slightly misleading as the view was predominantly a pool with side sea view. While we appreciated the cleanliness of the pool, it was difficult to have an early morning swim before breakfast as the pool did not open until roughly 9.30am. Despite the sign to let guests know that reserving sun loungers at the pool is not allowed, this was common practice and no action taken to prevent this or enforce the rule.

Perfect location, more priviate and a bit far a way from center but still with good walking distance that is so nice to go. Perfect garden and really nice pool. With beautiful access directly to the beach and ocean. Tasty breakfast with variety of choices. Nice restaurants with local specialties and great staff attention to guests. We have a perfect vacation stay. SPA area very clean with nice sauna and massage offers. 24/7 access to well equipped gym

We were really pleased with our choice of accommodation. Spacious, quiet and just the right amount of guests around. Great facilities and location. Easy walk to town, perhaps 15 min away. The pool area was great but the hotel is also right by the beach so you could easily alternate between both. Plenty of sunbeds available at the beach and the Hilton's Bounty Beach Restaurant right there too. The reception staff was lovely at all times. Also really enjoyed the Spa facilities and treatments on offer. The room was very spacious, comfortable and loved the bed.

I think the breakfast options could be improved, nothing wrong with it but was expecting more. I understand this can be influenced by the fact most products need to be imported to the island. Nonetheless, it's just a matter of preference. Would have liked a more thorough cleaning in the room, specifically the floor because of sand. The staff in the breakfast area and housekeepers weren't as friendly or approachable.

Beach was amazing, loved the swimming pool, though loose stones and rail need attention before an injury happens. Buffet breakfast was good.

Dinner buffet was poor. Aside from Pasta and Pizza the meat and fish options were not good and prepared food was not geared towards Europeans. Pool bar food could do with improving Bounty Restaurant and staff was great The all night concerts were not enjoyable and should have a finish time to allow guests sleep.

Breakfast was very nice, really enjoyed the fresh fruit, could maybe have some more protein choices. The pool is amazing The beach is gorgeous and super accessible from the resort. The staff is exceptional, always nice, professional and welcoming.

The shower in the room is a bit old and moody in some places, didn't feel up to the standard of the hotel. A refresh would be really good.

Wonderful pool area and the food at the inclusive buffet restaurant was incredible! Nice little bar on site as well with live music in the evenings. They have a restaurant right on the beach as well so you can dine listening to the sea. Happy hours every day from about 4-7!

Not enough sun umbrellas. There were only a few for many sun loungers and when we asked for one we were told they hadn’t any more. As the sun is so strong this could be an issue for pale skinned folks like me! Hopefully the hotel will be getting some more in future!
