Great breakfast. very attentive staff, they do try hard to make check in and check out smooth and efficient, and to accommodate your small requests I appreciate that the room has a working safe. The location is close to many restaurants. everything's clean, bed is comfortable, the Wi-Fi works. a solid and reliable hotel.

can be just a bit noisy from random street traffic, but probably much better than many nearby hotels on account of soundproof windows. parking is limited if you have anybody visiting or for a meeting. once or twice breakfast did not start punctually at 6:00 a.m., which was a bit stressful because we needed to leave by 6:30 for the days agenda. Compared to other rooms in the Estelar chain where I have stayed, say in Bogota, I found that these rooms where somewhat less spacious and less luxurious.

The room was nice, spacious enough, and clean. The shower was working well, and toiletries were provided. Overall it was a very comfortable stay

In the hotel description it indicates that the hotel provides shuttle service from/to the airport. I sent them a message trying to arrange the pickup from the airport and never got any reply. When I called they said that there was no shuttle service.

In my flloor 8 they were alot of noise from rooms net to mine 806 Teenergers coming in and out and slamming the door The hotel needs to make sure this type of situation dies not disturb the other guests.I did not complain to the hotel about it but is quite disturbing.

The breakfast was good. The area around the hotel was ok with a few restaurant options nearby. It is a considerable distance from the downtown area of the city.

I was not happy with the cleanliness of the room the first two nights of our stay. It did improve considerably after my mentioning my concerns. The front desk staff and restaurant staff were all very friendly and attentive.

The beds are comfortable and they carry my favorite soap for all of the toiletries. The location is great, with the ability to walk just about anywhere and the staff are always kind and helpful.
