It was noisy and the food was average

Lot's of amazing services there. Amazing people. The food is good. I loved it and loved the upgrade. I will definitely go back.

There are three comments. One is at the check-out no one asked about my stay. Though I had to tell them for them to know. Other than that, the toilet had weird noise all day long and was not pleasant to sleep with that noise. Not sure what was it. The toilet door if closed is hard to reopen. They need to change it. Other than that, all is perfect.

I was really impressed with all the staff professionalism in all departments starting at the reception where i had my first welcome smile and the lovely attitude with me and all the surrounding guests ..to the concierge amazing guys moving to the guest relation then even the security department were extremely responsive when I had a small problem it was dealt with at the highest level .. also the housekeeping were really helpful and responsive .. can't forget the staff of the business lounge and their cheerful welcome smile

An exceptional hotel with superior world class service where staff go to great lengths to please their guests. I received bespoke personal service every day. The dining experience under Senior Restaurant Manager Mr GAMAL YOUSSRY was outstanding. From sumptuous breakfast buffets to dinner at 3 of the other restaurants, it was 10/10 all round. Some worthy mentions due their friendliness, conversation and service, apologies for any miss-spellings: delicious cooking from chef Mohammad Safta (Indonesian chef of Kamala restaurant) , Manager Mohammed of Kamala restaurant for arranging bespoke items and orders. The staff at Oak Grill. Daily breakfasts with the view of the river Nile were beautiful with a live pianist playing. Thanks to Breakfast Managers Mr Ibrahim. Mr Aladin , & Mr Hany Saber. Breakfast servers Mr Hani, Sayed Mohammed, Ms Ma-yor, Ms Ashgan, Ahmed Abelkaday, Breakfast greeter Ms Nada. 8th floor cleaners Osman and the young lady with him. Thanks to Ahmed Abuzayed , fromt desk Supervisor who kindly offered late checkout free of charge , and also to the guest relations lady and to front desk tall gentleman with ginger hair and ginger moustache for his help. Finally on my last day , I asked where they obtained their very tasty gluten free (GF) bread from, breakfast Manager Mr Hany Saber insisted on taking personal effort in having staff prepare two boxes of the chef baked GF bread to take back with me to London, free of charge! This is truly outstanding service and also a very kind gesture!! Thank you all and sorry I cannot name everyone here. To anyone reading this hotel review, dont hesitate, book your stay at Conrad Cairo - you will not be disappointed.

Breakfast in the main dining room was excellent, Breakfast at the executive lounge was also very good with some items to order from the menu. Executive lounge overall was very good, nice choices of food and the service was first class.

The reception desk attendants were cold and misinformed me couple of times. There was a construction going on by the pool. You could not relax. Be aware that it is also some member club and some very loud locals were by the pool. In the main dining room during breakfast, they had trouble to understand eggs over easy - did not know how to make.

it’s not a free hotel you can’t have any girl come visit you so you must to meet up with the people out better

Hotel lobby was great. Check In was smooth. In addition, when I asked for a high floor, the managed to find both rooms connecting in a higher floor. Breakfast food & area were great. Location is near to most attractions.

Room service was very slow, and you need to call & ask for the service at least 20 minutes before you need it, as they will take a lot of time.

I liked the garden view, The shower and the food. the Chef of Asian restaurant was friendly, also the breakfast service crew were offering the best taste of breakfast. very rich breakfast. Ayman Ragah was very helpful. also at the reception; Yusef, Salma and Omar. there was one giving flower at my leave. so friendly. you dont require to lock your suitcase, its absolute safe.

I disliked that it is not suitable for families or married couples as most of the hotel residents are young men which causes noise and unpleasant atmosphere.
