Location was perfect from NAIA T3. Walked to the hotel from T3. There was a huge selection for breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was nice, Cozy and clean, bed was lovely too. I would go back again..

It's a busy hotel and it can be a bit noisy at night time. With guests In and out of their rooms. I know it's not the hotels fault. But just saying. 😊 for people who are light sleepers luke me, you may bring your ear plugs.☺️

Thank you for the housekeeping staff who cleaned my room daily. Didn't have time to meet them and appreciate their effort. Again, thank you so much.

1. Front office staff needs a bit of customer focus training. They don't smile or greet you. 2. Restaurant staff are the same. They don't greet you or don't even have the courtesy of asking if okay to take out your plates. 3. Price of 800 pesos for the variety of food is not appealing. It can still be improved. Thank you.

Staff were really helpful and friendly. Room and bed was super comfortable Rooftop pool and bar we're great as well as the breakfast buffet

Difficult to get to terminal 1 and 2 without getting a car

With the waking bridge it is attached to the airport. Comfortable beds, good shower, airconditioning and WiFi. Large selection with breakfast. Can order you a grab taxi. Perfect choice for a one night layover at the airport.

Overall comfortable hotel within 5-8 min walk from Terminal 3. Very conveniently located for Terminal 3 as NAIA terminals do not have proper Airport Hotels. Hotel can be quite expensive when booked at last minute, but price was acceptable when booked in advance by Booking.com. I enjoyed having a caddie-car available at the entrance of the skybridge crossing the highway that spared me the 5 min walk to the lift, when I arrived late at night and was tired from a long day of travelling. not sure how often you can find them.

Queue at check-in/out can be quite long. No caddie-car driver available when I left the hotel. The connection between the lift at sky bridge and the access to the hotel should be better signaled and facilitated. Still 5 to 8 min walk with heavy luggage if no caddie, vs a proper Airport hotel within the airport.

Upmarket, clean and convenient. Concierge and reception are beyond expectations. The room was as expected though some of us love to see a soft pillow on the bed but had to do with what was provided.

The hallways need some fresh air and the smell was not pleasant, please consider adding air fresheners in your equipment. The pool area up at the roof needs attention, quality of food must improve and the menu must offer more appealing options suitable for the location. Staff need a wake up call too, we waited quite a while for a waiter to attend to us, the one meal we ordered was very salty.

Very close location to terminal 3, walking distance. Close to the mall for good dining experience. Quite okay pool area. Good internet connection.

Dirty windows outside. Breakfast bag was prepared but all food were cold. Same with food in the pool bar, it came cold.

The proximity to the airport is wonderful .. just about a 10minute walk .. The room is clean and compact ..not spacious, but comfortable. The staff is AWESOME -- we requested iron/ironinb board and hair dryer and they delivered in just a few minutes :-) We also had a duplicate reservation "issue" - and would like to give special Thanks for Dennis on the Front Desk -- He was so helpful in getting our issue resolved.

Don;t know about the breakfast .-- there was HUGE line to get into the restaurant from 7-10 .. so we went to McDonalds next door.

Excellent location - close to shops and airport; Clean and well appointed room- bottled water replenished daily, daily housekeeping, robes, slippers, toiletries, hot water in the shower and good water flow, needed 2 rooms for 3 adults (family room had connecting doors); Breakfast - great rotating selections of Filipino and American food, fresh fruits, good coffee, but there can be a wait for seating after 8A; Lobby is always busy but elevators were efficient and there were no long waits

TV did not work - operator said they needed to have somebody service the equipment; but I didn’t want anyone coming up to my room so the TV was not available during my 3-day stay No shower partition - short shower curtain so part of floor next to the sink gets wet also

All of the staff were amazing. They were very helpful and understanding of my disability, and we're always ready to help. I absolutely loved the cafe located on the premises. The food was excellent, and the staff were superb. The location of the hotel was directly across from the airport which made it very accessible for me in the wheelchair. The bed was comfortable.

Unfortunately I was not able to get into the bathroom and the room in my wheelchair, as I had booked the corner room instead of a specific person with disabilities room. But that is my own decision, and does not reflect negatively on the hotel itself. Other than that it was a perfect visit.
