i like the room, it has a nice smell when u get in. it has a nice bed, & sofa bed with enough seats for 2-4 people. d bathroom was fully equipped with bodywash instead of just a handwash. it has a hot & cold water in all faucets. it has kettle, microwave oven, fridge & big water supply.

the doorknob of the bathroom was removed, it could've been covered if no replacement was available. i would like it better if there were big ceramic cups were given for hot drinks. the owner could've been more friendly & proactive in giving the instructions about our stay.

Proximity to the airport and easy access by walk using the pedestrian bridge (from terminal 3 arrivals, turn right and walk until reaching the stairs on your right side and follow the signs reading "runway Manila"). You end up very close to the secured area where the flat is located. Comfy bed, drinking water provided, hot and cold water with very good pressure in the shower, air conditioning not too loud, nice balcony, flat overlooking an inside courtyard so rather quiet, good windows making the flat even quieter. Very good communication with the owner. Checkin at the building reception so no precise appointment needed.

We were only told after booking that a proof of vaccination or a negativ test were required for checkin. We find that such a "detail" should be clearly given as part of the accomodation infos, especially considering how hard it is to get up to date anti-covid measures for the whole country.

No hot water for the shower and we were n the side of the highway so very noisy

It was high-security building. However, the security man and receptionist was very friendly. This area was convienient with a lot of restaurants and services around. Additionally, the house was available for Netflix. The owner was such nice that replying message even lately night. It took just 10 minutes to walk to Terminal 3.

The building and premises is gorgeous, no complaints. Staff was wonderful, and location was also incredible.

The wifi was unusable. Absolutely awful… i e never experienced such a bad internet connection on full signal strength. This actually was incredibly frustrating and unfortunately really left a sour taste from the experience. Its very unfortunate because the rest was outstanding. The internet was so bad it made me go through the trouble of writing this review! Fix that and you have yourself a stay that definitely exceeds expectation!

Excellent location just walk distance from terminal 3 very good air conditioning very good location shops near and everything what I did need very happy

The apartment has ALMOST everything that makes your stay very comfortable. The bed makes you like to stay flat longer. But the important thing is the location, location, and location. No need for a ride to the terminal. Restaurants are around if you don't like your foods delivered in plastic containers. Convenience stores, massage spa, barber shop, church, transportation station are adjacent to the property's building. The apartment is very safe. The manager, Bren, may not be present but ensured that you have in the unit what you might possibly request. Very friendly guards, receptionist, cleaning ladies. And the rate is a steal.

The room is clean and comfy and its so close to airport which is perfect

It was very difficult to communicate with the receptionist at night, how bad is not to know English as a receptionst

The place was cozy and clean.

There was a minimal leak on the floor of the comfort room but it doesnt really affect your overall stay.

I've stayed here before, it's a clean and comfortable place to be in front of the airport, and the host is very kind and smiling. I recommend this business to you.
