Close to T3, great little studio. Clean and with ample space for movement. The bathroom was also clean and the shower was great.

We had cockroaches and the mattress needed replacing. Almost paid Savoy money for this flat to arrive (admittedly early) at reception and be told they don't know who I am and there's no note of my booking. We had to chase the host down so she can communicate where our room was and whether it's ready yet. It wasn't which is perfectly fine, cause we were early, but a note of our booking at reception should have been set up. Then reception refused to keep hold of our luggage while we waited for our room to be ready and we had to stroll around Manilla with our suitcases. All in all, get a room at the Savoy, and you'll receive customer service appropriate for the price. Otherwise, it was as described.

Great location, about 5 minutes walk away from the sky bridge over the motorway to the airport (T3). The host contacted me before our trip explaining the route and it was easy to check in, just make sure to reply to the host as the reception needs to know you’re coming.

Expensive for what it is but I think that is just the Philippines.

The area is close to NAIA terminal3, you can just walk by taking the air bridge. The location is safe. The property is comfy, clean and you can contact the owner anytime. The studio is good for small family short or long term stay.

Perfect apartment within a two-minute walk away Several fantastic bars and restaurants, or a short taxi ride into town. Tracy, my host, welcomed us with open arms, and the apartment was ideal for me—clean and well-kept. Excellent apartment, cozy beds, and a well-stocked kitchen. Without a doubt, I’ll return for another break. Tracy, thank you for letting us inside your home.

Good value apartel and very friendly and accommodating host. The room was large and it was clean and comfortable. I'm grateful to the host (Tracy) she was able to grant my request to check in earlier than the normal timing, thank you I will definitely stay here again...
