This place is perfect for an overnight stay. The bed was comfortable and clean, and the shower was good. There was a huge TV, though we didn’t have time to use it. The internet speed was fine. It’s close to the airport, which was really convenient. The staff were very friendly and helped us book a taxi for all our luggage. The host was very responsive with clear instructions and accommodated our early arrival at 4am, with someone even waiting for us from 2:30am, which was very kind of them. Overall, it offered excellent value for money.

Everything was good overall, but the place was quite difficult to find, even with the detailed instructions from the host. Our taxi driver dropped us off where he thought it was, and we ended up having to walk quite a long way with all of our heavy luggage. A good tip for future guests: ask the driver to drop you off by the Starbucks opposite the Savoy drivers’ entrance— from there, it’s just a 15-second walk. The only other small issue was that the receptionist, who was super nice, was spraying the lobby with some insect repellent to the point where we had to leave the lobby because it was hard to breathe. But that’s just being picky. I would highly recommend this stay.

I stayed at this accommodation for one night because I had a very early flight home the next morning. Check-in was quick and uncomplicated. The flat is new and super equipped, the bed very comfortable. Nothing was missing and the location is just perfect. Terminal 3 can be reached in less than 5 minutes on foot via a bridge. All the security staff at the main entrance, as well as patrolling the building, made me feel very safe. The owner still provides free Netflix, which I found very cool. Would stay here again anytime.

Tasteful, with friendly colours and high-quality furnishings. Very clean, also the building is very well maintained Kitchen fully equipped Rosalie the host is very friendly, eager and responds quickly. Giant TV with Netflix Washing machine, iron and ironing board. Unfortunately no drying rack, it would do it perfectly. Nice green courtyard with pool, gym and seating Restaurants, shops, markets and supermarkets nearby The area around Newport Boulevard is very well maintained. NAIA can be reached via the Skywalk in a few minutes by foot. Compared to other condos, generous area. We stayed in 4 different condos during our stay (Palm tree Villas, Emperador building and one in Baguio city), the Cozy and Classy Studio was the largest, cleanest and tastiest decorated.

For us it was not a problem, as we have a good night's sleep, but for noise-sensitive people possibly disturbing. The windows are only about 50 m away from the expressway. They are quite well insulated, but you have to expect a certain noise level day and night

The apartment is very clean, beautiful and has all required amenities. The hosts were great as well. Highly recommend! Everything is in close proximity - restaurants, convenience stores, spas.

Network coverage was not great.

We had a great stay at the Cozy and Classy Studio! The apartment totally lives up to the photos—stylish, clean, and thoughtfully designed. It’s a comfortable space with lots of charming details, and it has everything you might need for a short-term stay, including all the essential appliances and amenities. One of the biggest advantages is its convenient location—it’s very easy to get to, and perfect for anyone transiting through Manila due to its proximity to the airport. There is a mall and a lot of shops, restaurants and hotels around the area. My advice is to just type “anytime fitness” (it is just in front of the entrance of the building) if you are looking for an exact location as there are two entrances and two lobbies of the whole complex. Whether you’re arriving late or leaving early, it’s incredibly accessible. It took us maybe 10min by walk from the airport to the building, and I would recommend just to use grab or a regular taxi if you have a lot of bags. We took grab for our departure flight, and it tooks us 3min for only 100php. The host was also very helpful and responsive, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I’d definitely recommend this studio to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-equipped place near the airport.

Nothing major, but I would just recommend adding one small towel to each guest besides the big ones. It adds to the hygiene of your guests and your property

The place had a cozy and classy atmosphere, true to its name. However, we found some aspects of the building could use improvement. The room was quite a distance from the elevator, which made it a bit inconvenient. Additionally, the hallways felt dark and somewhat uninviting, and the temperature was on the warmer side. It would be beneficial to have an ATM in the building, as many areas still rely on cash for various transactions. Having access to cash on-site would enhance convenience for everyone.

The place was indeed cozy and classy. It was well designed, had a good bed, nice bathroom with clean toilet (flushing well, there was toilet paper and a boil brush) and clean shower (spacious, good drainage, good water pressure, had bathgel, shampoo and conditioner), a washing machine. The place has a smart lay-out with nice furniture and details. We liked the way everything was arranged and well thought through as well as the colors picked. Enough sockets and at places you'd want them. The kitchen is small but sermed perfect: well equipped for those that need to use it. The fridge is big. There is a nice, comfy sofa with table in front of a flatscreen TV that has Netflix, internet access, etc. There is WiFi that worked well. There is a table with chairs to dine and a chair and 2 stools on the other side where it has a big mirror (perfect to do make-up and hair for women or shave one's face for men). There is a big cabinet with on one side hangers for your clothes and it has a safe for your valuables and cabinets underneath the long counter. The cabinet also had a ironing board and ironer. The "sitting room" (like a small "living") and the bedroom are divided by a nice wall that has partially milk glass and higher up open squares; perfect for the aircon to keep you cool at night as well, without blowing straight on your face. There is a night stand with night lamp and an alarm clock and sockets next to each bed side to charge your phone, etc. We liked the soft sheet/blanket and the cushons. Also the different lights you can switch on or off is pleasant. Instructions on check-in and check-out were clear and straight forward. Location is nearby the Airport and easy to find. Staff in the lobby is very accomodating and friendly. There are clean and quick elevators in the building. It was a perfect stay and it was a pity we only stayed overnight. This is a place you like to come back at after a day or night out, a long trip, etc.

Excellent location if you need to have quick access to Terminal 3 for your flights. The unit was very clean and matches photo. The beds were just quite hard as per our preference since we are used to sleeping on soft/ plush mattress. There was bad odor coming possibly from the condominium's sewage system, strong smell coming off the sink, toilet and hallway area.. This would have bothered us if we had to stay here for several days but we only had to stay in the unit overnight/ less than 10hrs for our layover flight. Caretaker Jeff warmly welcomed us to the unit even we arrived quite late.

Very convenient especially it's location (walking distance from Terminal 3)
