Comfortable and accessible to all.

No water heater. I am expecting there is as me and my son is not used to take a bath without water heater. Also, there was no tissue in the bathroom toilet. In addition, the aircon is not enough.

Location near Terminal 3 airport

The handle in opening the shower room is broken and there were small cockroaches . It would also be great if they can provide even at least one roll of toilet paper as there was none.

We stayed only one night before a flight the following morning. Room exactly as described, photos accurate. Clean and smelt lovely on arrival. Plenty of room for 3 friends sharing. Mark was fantastic and so helpful and welcoming. The concierge team were also very friendly and welcoming. The water fountain in the room was fantastic, much appreciated! Air con worked fantastically. TV appeared to be working well on arrival, the host had some music playing for arrival which was a lovely touch. We didn’t use it after this though so can’t comment from then on! WiFi was fantastic signal and decent speed, especially for the Philippines! We didn’t use the pool facilitates, but they looked clean.

The fold out bed for the 3rd person wasn’t very comfortable, but it was good for one night before a flight!

Everything in the room is functional. I love that the owner provided basic necessities in a home. She even gave us complimentary drinking water and dishwashing liquid. Thank you, I will definitely book again soon for a longer vacay.🥰

Convenient location (if you need to be near the airport) and smooth check-in process, despite me booking last minute (thanks to the helpful and responsive caretaker). The unit I got had a high ceiling which made it feel roomy. Wifi was good.

Shower enclosure has no provisions to put your soap and shampoo. Shower door scratches the floor tiles. I wish there was somewhere to get potable water. Blanket and pillows had a mild smell of detergent like it wasn't rinsed thoroughly.

The accommodation was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Its location was perfect, being close to shops and the airport, which made everything so convenient. I had a pleasant and hassle-free stay. Highly recommended!

The location is perfect for me being 15min. walk to Terminal 3. The swimming pool was a bonus as it was hot. The stavff were great and Mark was there on time to assist me with the luggages.

Everything was fine and relaxing for me. I would check in again next time i'm visiting Manila.

They dont have housekeeping to change the sheets and towels for straight 5 days of my stay. And the tv was not working.

Very near Runway Manila which is located near Belmont. Good for staying if you're from the province and have a flight. Accessible to fastfoods too!! Mark & Lei are really helpful and attending.

I hope soon they will have a card payment option too.

well maintained, very close to naia terminal 3, close to shops and restaurants, easy check in and checkout... i could walk but I have my senior citizen mom with me so i booked a grab instead, which is 115 pesos only.. though we didn’t cook, they have kitchen tools and utensils, towels, shampoo, body wash and hand soap.. accessible to delivery riders, we preferred ordering food online because we are kinda tired and we had a very relaxing sleep before we head to our morning flight.. we will definitely book again..
