The place was very, very clean. You can see and smell that it is clean. The interior decor was tastefully done. The bed was really comfy and was spotless. The bathroom was small but very clean and designed correctly, with no wet floors and nothing leaking. Even the hairdryer was meticulously positioned. The towels looked, smelled, and felt very hygienic. The location was perfect for "All Souls / Saint' Day" in the Philippines because it is just across Saint Therese's columbarium, making it easy to visit. The parking was secure and safe but has a fixed price. Also, there are several malls, convenience stores, restaurants, caf s all at walking distance. The check-out was very fast.

Wish we were informed of the unit number, so we could easily inform the guard of the date. When we didn't know the unit number, the security asked for the contact person's name. When we gave the name, he called her, and he gave us the unit number and the parking slot number. It would have been easier if we were informed prior, but the security guard did a good job getting those details.

Property is very close to NAIA T3 and is very easy to locate. Host is kind and instructions are detailed and easy to follow. The receptionists were nice and welcoming. The property is complete with equipment and perfect for short stay in the city. I had an excellent stay.

Walking distance from the airport. Balcony was big enough to pull out a chair and enjoy the night. Restaurants and convenience stores close by.

One day the power was out for maintenance. I was outside when that happened and when I returned the elevator was out of commission. I asked how to get to my room on the 9th floor and was shown the staircase. I trudged up and found the door to enter the hallway was locked.

The apartment was nice. The location relative to the airport was outstanding. If you don't have a lot of luggage, you can easily walk to the airport T3 via the Runway Manila pedestrian bridge.

The check-in was disorganized and lengthy. If you don't have a Tagalog speaker with you, it could get even more confusing, unless they improve their organization.

Good place,really near airport,easy to found.all shops restaurants is few minutes walk away.only one thing in booking is written place name palm tree villas but in reality is one palm tree villas.so i recomended that place is good balance price and room.air con,wifi,balcon.nice clear room.

We have see in the room maybe 3 insects,but for us is nothing everything fine.all room a litlle old,but for that price is ok.

The place was near to the airport with good access within ealking distance. We got clear instructions on how to get to the apt. When we arrived, two ladies met us outside and let us in the apt. It was very clean and cozy.

Not very clear instructions on what Building number/cluster it was, only apt number was stated. When we arrived the guard asked for this info in order to let us in but we didn’t have this information. Luckily after a while we met the check-in ladies. Plus there wasn’t an option to store luggage after the check out.

Very clean. Very fast WiFi. Very close to airport and shopping mall/restaurants. Very nice swimming pool. Great to have a large supply of drinking water in the kitchen. Very affordable. Host was very kind and flexible to give us 90 mins late checkout.

Shower wasn't very powerful.

The condo was nice, perfect for my needs. It was close to restaurants and a small store for essentials. The host were very accommodating when I arrived, she helped me with my suitcase to get to the room.

The instructions could have been a little clearer, maybe provide street names to follow. The rooms A/C was till off, maybe turn it on prior to guest arriving. Nothing else, I only have these two. :-)

Staff are very accomodating, the facility is good, relaxing place to stay. Its a wonderful experience. My family got relax before they took a flight the next day, they dont need to be in a hurry to go to the airport as its just near. Well done to Palm Tree Villa.
