From the moment I arrived which was well before check in at 3:00 pm, it was around 11;00 and the staff was able to get me into my room earlier than expected which I really appreciated. The folks working the front entrance greeting people were typical Filipinos, very welcoming, friendly, smiling and being so professional. I so love the culture here in this beautiful country and I wish I could take everyone I meet home with me. Ive never met a people who works so hard and takes such pride in all they do. The staff helped with my 4 pieces of luggage and then helped me get it to my room. I went to the lounge at dinner time and ordered some food from the kitchen and it was delicious and Ronald and the ladies at the bar - Marie and Mikee took very good care of me. When I left there about 4 hours later, I felt as if they were family. I went back the next evening for drinks, many of them and of course, the same smiling, hard working brothers and sisters I had met from the evening before who remembered exactly what I was drinking, they remembered my name and of course I got the greeting of the day, good evening Sir Wally Po. Makes me proud to get to know these wonderful Filipinos and Filipinas. I will be back in November or December and spend another 3 months if not longer. I truly have had a wonderful extended vacation here traveling around the island of Luzon and look forward to coming back. I can HONESTLY say, Philippines has my whole heart

I dont like that with me being in country as long as I was, 3 months that I couldnt afford to rent monthly but I know it isnt a long term thing. If you come here, folks need to budget themselves so they can stay as long as possible

The Customer Service is excellent. Everything I asked, called for were answered efficiently and professionally. The Personal Touch by the hotel Staff were also noted, "Sir, how was ur breakfast???? How you doing today sir?????, etc., etc." Marriott Cafe's Staff were very generous with their complimentary offers, fruit plate, pan de sal, fruit juices."....Very well noted. I should probably go back there and see if the teatment of their guests have changed.....Keep up the good work fellows. You deserve a 5 Star category....

Nothing that I could think of right now. Oh, the shower floor "under the shower head" It scared me a little bit coz the Slip Formula is there. WATER + SOAP/SHAMPOO+ WET FEET = SLIP/FALL. Have ur Safety Officer take a shower to see what I'm trying to say here. The Hold On bars on the wall (I think) is not enough......just an opinion though. Thanks for ur time....Alooooooooooha..

Booked the cheapest room for a 4-day stay in Manila and it was our anniversary so the staffs surprised us with some decorations and complementary cake. They upgraded us to a bigger room with view and lounge access. The staffs were very accommodating. 5-10mins walk to Resorts World (mall) with many restaurants and shops to choose from. Just minutes away from NAIA T3.

This hotel is perfect! But I hope they will bring back their free airport shuttle.

Dinner buffet is good.

My Husband got the NORO VIRUS at hotel sick for 10 days 4 days at hotel 6 days at home. Who ever designed the bathroom is crazy. Window in shower for what? and the super heavy glass door for toilet is nonsense. Toilet does not refill unless you shake the handle.

Good thing is nearby from airport and they provide free pick up and drop from Runway Bridge. As well property was so good and rooms are spacious. Breakfast was also good and staff is helpful.

Perfect location to who needs a relaxing night before next flight. Breakfast was amazing, lots of option.

High price charged for pick up in the airport terminal 3 (which is 10 minutes walking 🙄) I felt robbed. USD 41.00 and 36.00 to drop off next day at terminal 2.

Near airport. Great restaurant especially, Cru steak house, they serve excellent steak, and oysters! Steak was done perfectly at medium rare, for my tenderloin.. Staff was great, especially Kevin whom served us on both nights. yes , we went back on 2nd night!!

Old rooms. Buffet cafe for breakfast was efficient. Buffet cafe for lunch service was slow.. very slow.. Although staff was very polite, but service was surprisingly slow.

I like that they let us check in early cos our flight arrives early in the morning. Shoutout to Ericka staff at the breakfast buffet who went above and beyond to look for ripe mangoes for me. All the staff were very friendly. We were very well taken care of .

the reservation team were exceptional. They arrange transfers from and to the airport and despite a large delay they still waited for me. As a lady traveling alone this is a great relief. Thank you so much in particular Anthony who WhatApped me to let me know where he would be waiting and Reggie Joseph who sorted out the transfer bookings.

Room was great, breakfast was really good however, it would have been nice if the menu in all servings be changed at least every three days.

Getting from one wing to another was a slight inconvenience due to slightly steep stairway, an escalator would help.
