Breakfast was exceptional with a variety of food available. Although it was not included in the room price which I was surprised about. At check-in the front desk staff offered breakfast and made payment, however the next morning at breakfast staff seemed confused and still had to pay.

The hotel is beautiful, although the entrance/lobby is small and unimpressive and gets congested easily. There are many hotels available in close proximity therefore Sheraton should step-up their game to be more competitive.

- Close to the airport. - Location: in the Newport city with a variety of shopping areas around; walking distance. - Security and safety in the area is very high. They will even check all their guests upon arrival to the hotel gate. - The room size is great. we were 3 persons and stayed in a guest room with two king beds which was very convenient. the room size was big. it is very clean and well-maintained. - The gym and spa were amazing. - Variety of options for breakfast. - The reception staff are professional and well trained. we would like to thank Ms. Tin who helped us with the check-in. we informed them about our late flight and they helped us with a late checkout. Moreover, we kept our luggage for a couple of hours since we were flying late in the night.

concierge took time ( more than 30 min) to get our luggage to the room.

The room was very comfortable and incredibly quiet at night. We also enjoyed the pool and the swim up bar with some great drinks. We ate dinner at the Korean barbeque restaurant and it was such a good experience. Breakfast the next morning was excellent as well, with lots of different options. The front desk staff and security were very polite and very helpful.

Their website mentioned a shuttle from the airport, but that was not the case. Also, I received no reply when I tried to message them about something. The music was a bit loud by the pool.

We had a delightful experience at the hotel, where we received proper assistance from the moment we arrived at the lobby. The check-in process with Front Office Supervisor Cedrick was both smooth and informative. Our room was impeccably clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The guest services, housekeeping, and security teams promptly accommodated our needs throughout our stay. Overall, we are highly satisfied with our experience and wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The door latch in the bathroom cannot properly lock and the lights are quite dim.

Everything, it was really a relaxing overnight for our last night in Manila. The staff were very helpful and honest in giving us tips how to get to the airport with grab at ca 100 pesos and not to take hotel transfer costing impossibly at 900 pesos to Terminal 3 %, which is practically across the road.

No free airport shuttle available being very near the airport. We need to organise this ourselves with a grab.

The property was immaculate, welcoming and comfortable. It is a short air conditioned walk to the Newport Mall with some extraordinary dining options. The staff was exemplary in every way. Each person we encountered was friendly, polite, respectful, and clearly determined to make our stay the best possible. Even the hotel van which picked us up at the airport was newer, spotless, had water bottles awaiting us, and staffed by two very helpful staff members. The staff worked hard to accommodate our needs and make us feel at home. The beds and pillows were heavenly!

We had a neighbor in the room next door who played their television extremely loud throughout the night and day. Due to the recessed wall mounting of the tv’s, it seemed this created a thinner layer at that point between the two rooms. That being said, we never heard any of our neighbors speaking.

Almost everything about Sheraton is great. From the food, accommodation to location, as well as the facilities, are very satisfactory.

The foiyer is not spacious & comfortable seats for guests waiting for check-in /check-out are quite limited. Also, my booking for 3 with breakfast was erroneously registered at the hotel as booking for 2 only; but upon presentation of booking confirmation, the hotel staff/management conceded.

Very comfortable, close to the airport, lovely pool area, gym was well equipped and clean and the staff were all amazing.

The breakfast was disappointing. It was just ok. The cold vegetable dishes were quite oily. Fruit was tasteless and food was not replenished quickly enough as guests came in.

Location is good, opposite to the airport. And on the 2/F, it’s connecting to a mall with variety of restaurants. Lucky to get free upgrade to suite, it’s spacious and comfortable.

Hilton manila very excellent Fabolous and very Luxy and the food very good, especially the swimming i love it my daughter she enjoys a lot, the only thing i don't like the housekeeping, when we left i was expected the bathroom, they well clean but still the same is all water the floor.
