The front-of-house staff demonstrated exceptional hospitality. Their amiable and welcoming demeanor significantly streamlined the check-in and check-out procedures. Furthermore, they proactively offered assistance during the departure process.

The proximity to the highway resulted in undesirable noise levels. Furthermore, the inoperable safe requires replacement, and the door's security lock has been compromised. The bed's uneven comfort, with one side softer than the other, was also noted. Finally, the breakfast selection did not include the desired Filipino dishes, such as tocino, longanisa, and garlic rice.

Location of hotel is convenient to the NAIA airport, especially Terminal 3. It is also across Resorts World where there are restaurants to choose to for dining. I look forward to breakfast when I stay at this hotel cuz it's descent and tasty. And if you can't have breakfast, you can choose to take out pastries instead. And what I like best is that I was on the quiet side of the hotel.. unlike during my last stay which was by the freeway and road below.

As always, I find checking in is slow.. not express, like the hotel's name. I am no a fan of bathrooms with glass walls facing the bedroom. First, one can be seen inside taking a shower, even if it's only a silhouette. This is only nice if maybe, you are a couple. If you leave the light on in the bathroom at night, the light shines into the room making it bright. If the light is off, the whole room is dark.. no nightlight at all. The vanity mirror's light was no longer working thus the bathroom lacked lighting. I reported it but was told that it has been that way for a while. The hotel should change the vanity mirror.

The location, as is close to the airport - you can reach out very quick trough a connected bridge. Also, the area looked good, with luxury hotels, shops, McDonalds. The breakfast - very good, with a lot of diverse food. The room was clean and bed was comfortable.

The smell - it was not only in the room, but also on the floor. An intense smell, I could recognize it from other areas from Asia. The fact that rooms don't have a balcony or possibility to open a window - since is also a bad smell, it makes the air to be hard to breath.

The hotel is situated near the Newport Mall and Newport Hotels, so really good for going outside and finding food that is nearby. It's also close to the airport. The breakfast is pretty good, there are a lot of options and they restock the food quite often. There is also a lot of seating. Room is very good for the price, nothing fancy but you don't really need much. Breakfast was

The walk to Holiday Inn feels a bit treacherous and longwinded (skybridge, multiple elevators, walking on the road outside, etc.). The worst part is the check-in process. Both times we have stayed here it has taken an exceptionally long time to wait in the line to check-in. I'm not sure what the hold up in the line is?

I had the pleasure of staying at the Holiday Inn Express Manila Newport City by IHG and was thoroughly impressed by the level of service and hospitality extended to me. Despite arriving on short notice and outside of the usual check-in hours, the staff went out of their way to accommodate me without hesitation. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. The team demonstrated warmth, efficiency, and a clear commitment to guest comfort. It’s rare to find such responsiveness and professionalism at all hours, and it made a lasting impression.

I only had a short time but there was nothing of note that I feel needs mentioning.

Always stay here on my annual visit to Naga for my annual international medical missions, great value for money, great location close to airport for overnight or.a longer Manila break... Great value for money

Over the years the gym seems to have lost equipment and probably needs to be improved Whilst the location is close to the airport, it's the furthest among the resort hotels... Post COVID maybe it's time to reinstate the airport to hotel shuttle service, the walk with luggage can be dangerous and also damaging for the luggage and very hard to justify the few hundred pesos cabs charge for 500 mts...

Location was good. It's near the airport and they provide shuttles to get there.

As I first enter the room, noticed the toilet was recently used and was not flushed.. the cleanliness was ok overall apart from the toilet mishap. The breakfast area was super busy. You have to go find your own table, potentially would have to share with others but that's ok. It's a buffer style so when I go for a second plate, I left my coffee mug and unfinished plate on the table to reserve my spot. As I come back with my second plate, it was cleaned out and another group had taken my spot. Other than that, food was good.

It's very close to the airport and it has all the basic amenities for travellers - they have a coin operated laundry room, gym, and we got breakfast included in our booking which was good too!

We stayed here 3 separate times and obviously had 3 different rooms. The bedroom is clean for sure but the bathrooms have mouldy grout which put me off a bit but that's just my personal opinion. The bathrooms definitely need more deep cleaning. The rooms are not soundproof (we can hear everyone yelling in the hallway) and some people smoke in their room and you can also smell it in the hallway which is very gross. Other than that, no other complaints.

Well managed beautiful property, very close to the Manila International Airport, convenient store, Mc are just downstairs to support midnight snacks

They should have Airport to Hotel Shuttle service round the clock, may with an additional charge, we arrived MNL airport at night 10pm, get nor Grab or Taxi's are available due very long queue, have to hire an Airport Taxi which charged us PHP1,700/ just to drop from Airport T3 to Holiday Inn Express Newport....which took only 3 to 4 minutes drive. Ridiculous, but it's not the Hotel's fault please
