The location, as is close to the airport - you can reach out very quick trough a connected bridge. Also, the area looked good, with luxury hotels, shops, McDonalds. The breakfast - very good, with a lot of diverse food. The room was clean and bed was comfortable.

The smell - it was not only in the room, but also on the floor. An intense smell, I could recognize it from other areas from Asia. The fact that rooms don't have a balcony or possibility to open a window - since is also a bad smell, it makes the air to be hard to breath.

It could be better if you still have the shuttle service like it was, from the airport and from the hotel

Location is great, near the airport. This is an airport hotel in the middle of a lot of airport hotels. Given the reviews, I was worried a little about the quality, but everything really met my expectations. Bed was extremely comfortable, room was well appointed, and staff were very helpful and efficient. For one night, it was a very nice experience.

My only criticism was that breakfast could have been a bit better. No eggs, potatoes or other breakfast staples. Simple bread choices and basic cereal with a couple of average savory dishes available. This would be an easy fix and make this hotel an excellent choice for travelers.

Always stay here on my annual visit to Naga for my annual international medical missions, great value for money, great location close to airport for overnight or.a longer Manila break... Great value for money

Over the years the gym seems to have lost equipment and probably needs to be improved Whilst the location is close to the airport, it's the furthest among the resort hotels... Post COVID maybe it's time to reinstate the airport to hotel shuttle service, the walk with luggage can be dangerous and also damaging for the luggage and very hard to justify the few hundred pesos cabs charge for 500 mts...

Location was good. It's near the airport and they provide shuttles to get there.

As I first enter the room, noticed the toilet was recently used and was not flushed.. the cleanliness was ok overall apart from the toilet mishap. The breakfast area was super busy. You have to go find your own table, potentially would have to share with others but that's ok. It's a buffer style so when I go for a second plate, I left my coffee mug and unfinished plate on the table to reserve my spot. As I come back with my second plate, it was cleaned out and another group had taken my spot. Other than that, food was good.

It's very close to the airport and it has all the basic amenities for travellers - they have a coin operated laundry room, gym, and we got breakfast included in our booking which was good too!

We stayed here 3 separate times and obviously had 3 different rooms. The bedroom is clean for sure but the bathrooms have mouldy grout which put me off a bit but that's just my personal opinion. The bathrooms definitely need more deep cleaning. The rooms are not soundproof (we can hear everyone yelling in the hallway) and some people smoke in their room and you can also smell it in the hallway which is very gross. Other than that, no other complaints.

Very convenient for an overnight stay. Close to the Newport mall which is fun to walk through. Room was comfortable. Good choices for the breakfast buffet.

Bathroom is dark as the light around the mirror no longer works Staff at dinner service were terrible. To get any service at all we had to wave at them like hailing a taxi. Food was our least favorite meal that we have had in three weeks in the Phillipines. Should have eaten in the mall across the road.

The free breakfast is 5 out of 10 the one in makati have a better breakfast offering also the breakfast area gets very crowded in the morning its very close to the terminal 3 airport so the hotel gets very busy . it is also close to new port mall and casino is close by . I have to carry my own luggage because they don't have enough staff not a deal breaker for me but if you will need assistant for your luggage you will probably need to go to the front desk to ask. you won't see them outside or at the lobby. I like that they offer a shuttle to the terminal 3 walk bridge if you decide to walk from the hotel it will be more than 30 mins walk. From the walk bridge to the actual terminal it is about 2 to 3 min walk the terminal bridge don't have good signage and direction .

Breakfast is not good

General appearance and space in hotel, efficient check-in. Spacious bedroom and effective air-conditioning. Complimentary drinking water. Face flannels provided. Breakfast: cereal, melon, bread. Complimentary shuttle to terminal 3 of the airport. Helpful staff.

First allocated room 6021 had window facing the airplanes and two busy roads, but the window was faulty and would not close. After complaining, we were moved to room 6055 as the only option, which had a king bed not the queen bed as booked and had slightly less traffic noise but still did not have insulation expected from double-glazed windows, particularly by the airport. The coffee from the machines at breakfast was insipid. The fruit selection was limited to water melon.

Staffs are nice and accommodating. Room is clean and has a great smell. Breakfast is good. I love that you can choose the type of coffee you want, not just plain coffee and milk, they have machines for cappuccino and others. Great value for money. They don’t have smoking are inside the hotel, but they have separate space for smoking area beside the dining area. The common comfort room in the ground floor is so clean and has lots of tissues unlike other hotels.

There is a problem with the electrical of the lights in the bathroom as it keeps on reopening itself even if he we have turn off the switch. The door doesn’t lock either but their staff said they removed the lock due to safety and security reasons. I also don’t like the entrance of the hotel wherein put their things thru xray as people tend to build up on a close and small place to get their things.
