Good location to rest in between 2 trips or flights. The room itself is good, bed is comfy. Just a bit pricey compare to the size of the room. But everything was fine all together.

I asked before my arrival if there was a shuttle and someone answered no at my arrival time. When I arrived after walking (which was not the best with all my stuffs at night) I noticed a shuttle parked at the entrance bringing some customer from the airport. So I was annoyed, disappointed and not happy. I wish the right info has been given to me so i didn't have to walk. I also wish it will not happen again.

I arrived to the hotel in the afternoon via the 47 bus from the airport/train station, only one stop (I took the bus because it was raining, otherwise it is a good 15 min walk away). They did not have my room ready, for some person was still occopying it but the staff was really helpful and they quickly cleaned and organised it while I had a hot tea in the restaurant waiting (they also offer other drinks at the bar). The bed was good, there was a TV and a small wardrobe as well. The bathroom was clean, there was free soap available. The breakfast was available from 3:30(!) am and it is good (frutis, yoghurts, cold cuts, cheese, hard boiled eggs, breads, pastries, jams, and a huge Nutella jar!). There is a coffee machine and tea was available as well as water and orange/apple juice. There is a free shuttle service in the morning which I used to take me to the airport. The staff is really nice and helpful!

I did not find a hairdryer which would have been good (maybe I just needed to ask for it).

Location is great for those that need to be at the airport. Plus, the hotel has a shuttle service to the airport that is really convenient. Also, the hotel has a decent buffet type breakfast that is served starting 4 am, so even those that have to catch an early flight can still enjoy breakfast. Finally, staff was really good.

The bathroom needs a bit of 'refreshment', and the breakfast is slightly expensive at 12 euro (but I suppose that's the price for starting at 4 am)

Proximity to airport, we had a 6:15 flight. Free airport shuttle left us at our terminal. Clean. Friendly, helpful front desk staff in the early morning. 24 hour reception.

Minor noticing: Only paper cups in the bathroom. Soap dispenser had fallen off the wall and not reattached.

The hotel is very handy for the airport and provides a shuttle to get to it. Had a very short stay here because our flight was early in the morning. The hotel provided everything we needed and was very good value. The receptionist was welcoming and she gave us vouchers for coffee or hot chocolate in the hotel's dining room - a very nice gesture. Would stay here again next time we're using the airport.

Very nice hotel, live up to its name "comfort". The room was really nice and clean, spacious, toilet also big and clean. I read some bad reviews and it does not have a high mark in booking but I guess they took note and they have improved it. In my experience was really nice. They have a shuttle bus from and to the airport for free which is quite convenient. They also offer dinner in site and they have a bar. Staff is really nice and helpful. Very convenient hotel.

The instructions for the shuttle bus from the airport were not very clear. Breakfast was not very good, which was disappointing compared to when I last stayed.

The staff are always very welcoming and friendly, it is easy to take my dog with me. the hotel is perfect distance from my work .

the wifi signal is really hit and miss, the website says that the cost of a dog is 5 euro per night but on my last visit I was charged 10 euro per night, this needs to be cleared up. removal of coffee making facility has been removed from the rooms and there are not enough English tv stations .. just 1, which is poor for 2023.

The staff were excellent. It was quite in the room and very comfortable.

I did not like that we had no coffee / tea making facilities in the room. Also there was nowhere to buy food in the hotel, after a delayed late flight it would have been great to have a sandwich or something.

The breakfast was quite good and the location helpful for airport access.

Someone should oil the door to the rooms. During the night as guest came and went, the doors squeaked loudly enough to wake me up. I understand the need for guest to come and go but the squeaking should not happen.
