The hotel is perfectly located for quick access to the nearest highway. If you want to stay centrally to spend as little time as possible in traffic while visiting most of the castles, this hotel is a great choice. The Leclerc shopping center is right next door, where you can also find the cheapest fuel. The rooms are well-equipped. If you need Netflix etc., don’t forget to pack an HDMI cable. The rooms are very clean, which also applies to the entire hotel, by the way. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. There is a large parking lot directly at the hotel, as well as many disabled parking spaces.

The terrace by the outdoor pool could use more shade. It is very bright, and given the pool’s southern exposure, it gets very hot quickly in the summer. It’s hardly bearable to stay on a sun lounger for long. On a sunny winter day, it must be a real pleasure to be able to swim in the covered outdoor pool.

Brand new building, very well equipped with a large lobby. Spacious bedrooms with good beds. Good restaurant. Kind staff, ready to satisfy customers' requests. Fair breakfast, maybe improvable as regards the savoury part, a frequent issue in French hotels. All in all, a good hotel. The location is not ideal for a walk, but I knew this and the hotel quality compensates for this minor shortcoming.

The only criticism I can move to the hotel is the refusal to accept American Express credit cards, which one could expect in a small B&B but is totally inappropriate for a 4 star chain hotel. Luckily I have plenty of Mastercards and Visas otherwise I would have been in troubles. This is a serious shortcoming that should be quickly resolved by the management, changing this policy as soon as possible.

Good sized room, friendly and helpful staff, easy parking - just perfect as we were passing through on our way home so appreciated being next door to a petrol station and supermarket. Top quality furnishings and bed. Looks great for using as a base for exploring the Loire valley - will definitely stay again.

Paper cups in room - not really acceptable for a four star hotel, but staff provided proper cups on request.

It was superconvenient for an overnight stop and the room and facilities were very good indeed. Reception staff were very courteous and helpful. The restaurant was good for the evening meal (we didn’t have breakfast) and reasonably priced.

Nothing really, but environment was industrial and not attractive outside the hotel. The evening meal was generally good, with the caveat that the chicken breast was rather over cooked.

The staff were very kind, especially those in the dining room. The bed was huge and therefore we slept very well. The bathroom was big and clean.

We travel a lot and for the first time in my life we had to pay €140,50 deposit. We were not advised about this beforehand and I find it quite steep. We still have not gotten it back.

The hotel has plenty of free parking on site. Internet speed is good. Bed is comfortable. Room size is big for France; a great size for 2 people. Hotel seems new, and the rooms are all very clean. Happy to see free water in the minibar.

Not the best location - close to a few restaurants and a large grocery store that closes early. You definitely need a car. Some things you expect from a 4-star hotel (like a bathrobe or slippers) costs money.

An excellent hotel with friendly staff, a swimming pool, an above-average large room, and an exceptional breakfast. McDonalds is located 500 meters away.

The hotel is located in a not very idyllic large shopping district. From the main Loire cycling route, cyclists also have to use roads intended for cars.

Staff tried to accommodate my needs. Dinner in restaurant was nice. Room was spacious enough.

It would have been good to have some orientation about where I was, and how to use public transport if I didn't know, eg, a bus service was near, but where could I buy a 3 day ticket? The separate toilet had no wash basin, and the door to it and the bathroom were not functionally positioned. Restaurant was overpriced and barely offered vegetables (no salad and no vegan/vegetarian options). I walked to St Pierre des Corps for a salad one night, because I didn't know that Leclerc (opposite) was a shopping centre. I even got a salad at McDonald's. Again, orientation would have been helpful (especially as they knew I was from Australia).

The kind of hotel you just want to spend some time at. I walked in thinking: did I really pay the rate that I paid because it seems like a more expensive place. Very nice accommodations, which seemed recently renovated. Big rooms with split bathroom and amenities like a safe, fridge, closet, etc. Excellent breakfast with a rather good selection.

There was something going on in the hotel around midnight that involved loud music, which woke me up despite wearing earplugs.

Property is a perfect place to stop en route for a holiday in the south of France with a young family. Very impressed with quality of food. Huge kids room and felt very good value for money. Quiet. Staff were exceptional. It’s not the Ritz, but is very good at what it is.

Only criticism is that it’s not exactly in a scenically spectacular area - but it’s functional
