Great location. Great hotel! Staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. I was staying with three teenagers and the room was a suitable size. Beds are very comfortable and shower had decent pressure. We had breakfast every day and they had a wide selection. Metro station right outside the entrance. Lots of great restaurants in the area and we felt safe walking around at night. The housekeeping was excellent. They came every day and thoroughly cleaned the room. Inner hotel courtyard with coffee/ bar facilities was excellent for families.

The hotel shop was very expensive but only to be expected for convenience.

Breaky was epic, they had everything. Loved the access to ice and cold water on every floor. The bed was super comfortable and the gardens/ courtyard were lovely. The folk at the front desk were able to arrange an outdoor space where our group could convene to have a birthday cake, complete with table, chairs, plates, napkins, everything we needed. Also someone in our group left their phone in the breakfast restaurant and didn't realise till we were at the airport. The receptionist arranged a taxi to transport it to us - very grateful for that!

Check in took a really long time with our group of 11!

The location was fantastic. It’s within 50 m of the République Metro station and that has a number of metro lines to help you get to anywhere quickly. Breakfast was exceptional with something for everyone. Our rooms were very comfortable with excellent facilities. All staff were extremely friendly. Positioned on a rectangle with Place de la République in the centre, there were numerous bars and restaurants to sit and watch the world go by. We loved it!

If I had to be picky, the only thing we didn’t like was the cost of the rooms and the cost of drinks and food at the hotel. However, this is an excellent hotel, in an excellent location, in Paris - so I wasn’t surprised at the expense.

A massive hotel! I was really happy to see that they had done some renovation. Location is great. Metro stop right outside the front door makes things super easy. This is not the cheapest hotel and not the most expensive- good middle of the road option. We were traveling with a big group of our family. The hotel staff was very accommodating and helpful. Elevators made things easy for older folks.

There is still opportunity for more renovation. We were put in a very strange and ugly room along the inner courtyard at first. We complained and they were able to move us. Thankfully!

Metro links around the square to 5 different lines, eating out places around the square such as Burger King, KFC, Mac Donald’s five Guys and many more, supermarket 3 minute walk. Bedrooms nice and clean, with a balcony to the street. They make fresh omelettes at breakfast. Concierge Hugo was very helpful and Wassim who wanted to make sure we got the taxi to the airport at the right price. All staff were very helpful and approachable

Cocktail drinks at bar were expensive. Fridge did not work in our room. Rooms are a little expensive for what you get.

The breakfast was excellent. Even kids loved it. Staff were wonderful. Easy access to all locations via metro. Close to the Cirque d'Hiver which we loved.

The heating in the room didn't work so the room was quite cold. When I called for assistance they sent us a heater which didn't work, so they had to send another one. Also, check in took a long time and kids were becoming impatient. Apparently there was a miscommunication between Booking.com and the hotel.

Excellent breakfast, good location, clean, comfortable beds, friendly and smily staff, specially very helpfull concierge with my need to name M. Olivier with his help in providing information and more than that being personally involved in smootly assisting from distance for solution in a trouble (not related to the hotel) that we had faced.

Nothing went wrong, all good. If to mention something, I coulr say that in the bathroom we would have preferred shower flat cabin rather that bathtub, however we didnt see it as a real issue.

fantastic location with transport, shops, restaurants and parks nearby. Requested a kettle for room which was provided.

Housekeeping never cleaned room on one occasion and changed sheets the day before we left, leaving an extra pillowcase on chair. Also replaced one bath towel and bath mat, but left wet mat and bath towel in bathroom. Need instructions for coffee machine in room. Could not get it to work.

The breakfast was absolutely lovely. Everything was fresh and very delicious. The Staff at the restaurant were very friendly and attentive. We had a wonderful breakfast experience every day of our 7 day stay. We would like to mention how kind and sweet Joice was to my husband and I always greeting us with a smile. The location of the Hotel was perfect.

The hotel rooms are small and would have been more comfortable if larger and dresser to unpack our clothes away.

The hotel is well situated for getting around Paris and is a quick metro ride to Gare du Nord for the Eurostar. Staff, facilities and room were very good, with a comfy bed and spacious room. Breakfast was delish and had something for everyone. It attracts business, family and solo travellers. Easy walking distance to the Pompidou centre and Marais shopping and dining area.

Place de la Republique is a busy area and can attract some protests but it wasn’t disruptive staying at the hotel.
