Ideal location: only a few steps away from the bus terminal, and very short walk to the train station.

Very happy with everything. Unfortunately the lift wasn’t working during my stay, which wasn’t a problem to me, as I didn’t have much luggage to carry up to the third floor, but it might be a huge issue to people with reduced mobility.

If you're looking for a comfortable and central place to stay in Frankfurt, this is a great option. It's close to the main station and the city centre, so it's perfect for exploring on foot. The room was spacious and the staff were really friendly and helpful. There's a fridge in the lobby where you can always get soft drinks and beer. You can park your car in the courtyard, which has a disabled parking space and an underground car park accessible by lift. There are only about 7-8 spaces in total, so it's best to book in advance. Parking costs 20 euros per day (including overnight parking until 12 o'clock the next day of departure), but it's great peace of mind if you want to keep your car close and have access to the reception 24 hours a day.

It's not a 5-star hotel, it's a very solid 3-star hotel, don't forget that, and if the soap dispenser runs out of soap, just ask at reception and you'll be helped immediately.

Spacious room. Space was clean. Bed was big and comfortable (not so much the pillow though). There was a mini fridge available. Bathroom was also spacious and the shower was great. The hotel is located right beside the main train station, so access is super easy and fast. Neighborhood is relatively quiet - we only stayed one night, but the only noises we heard from the street were from the buses coming and going from the station nearby. Staff was nice and polite.

The pillows were very uncomfortable - they weren't pillows exactly, but more like a duvet all bundled.

Good Place

The room is too cold. Turn on Heating to the top, still not warm. All night in cold bed. Monring found the window is broken. Refer to photo.

After reading the reviews, the expectations were low, but I was pleasant surprised to find a comfortable room, even if a bit outdated, but the accommodation was clean. Another nice surprise was the breakfast, with good options and tasty. Good choice for a short stay.

To access the underground parking you need to drive into an elevator, narrow and very inconvenient. If you have a wide car or a big SUV you are in trouble. Being next to the main train station, the neighborhood is not the best, but you can expect that.

Hotel is very close to the main railway station and the bus station too, but on a very quiet, safe street. It is also at around 15 to 20 minutes walking distance from the lovely city hall. Staff was friendly, room was clean and spatious, and breakfast was very good, with a lot of options for everyone. It exceed my expectations!

The hotel rooms are very good, clean, comfortable, warm, and quiet. It is only a 5 minute walk from the HBf south exit, down a well lit street. The shower/bathroom was very clean, water was hot, and good quality towels were provided. This hotel was good value for money and very convenient if you come from the Frankfurt airport and have a train to catch the next day. I will stay here again on my return journey in a few weeks.

room 42 is on the 4th floor and out the back. Very quiet, great. Kettle in the room, great. Breakfast was good and staff were attentative. Location ideal for rail travellers.

Bits and pieces around the room could get tidied up a bit. Telly did not switch on but no big deal for us.

It’s very close to the main station, the bed was comfy and the main room was clean. Breakfast was good for the price and the lady who served it was very friendly. It’s ok if you are spending a night in the city.

It’s a bit dated, the bathroom especially. There was mould in the grout. It’s kind of like the hotels you used to get around Kings Cross before they gentrified it.
