The room was very clean. The staffs were very helpful and polite. I highly recommend this hotel if you want to travel around Sendai. It is very to get around. You definitely need a car. We loved the onsen after a long day of traveling. There were some popsicles, yogurt milk to drink and soba noodles for free. The room was small as the Japanese style but it was very clean and roomy. My kids loved this hotel.

Love hot springs! If you got a car probably better to get around the area. Have outlets nearby great shops and food courts. walking distance, but we were there when raining and windy. Clean room, big comfy bed, helpful staff and free ice blocks for kids free washing machines just pay for dryers.

We’re in quadruple room, entry, toilet, sink and shower all together in same spot, not good layout.

Very good hotel in a strange location, in the middle of an industrial estate. There is a train service but it is about a 30 mins walk there. Some really good facilities, breakfasts were really good mainly Japanese, remember to have bare feet.

The onsen is the best feature of this hotel. The free things are also nice: free water and small snack in room, free coffee, free ice cream and free ramen at night.

The walls are thin, you can hear people above you and every kid running up and down the hallways.

The room is comfortable and clean. The onsen facility is quite good with both indoor and outdoor pools. Enjoyed the free ice cream after having a soak in the onsen. Didn't have the chance to try the complimentary noodles though, which is also available at night. Free parking onsite which is convenient for those driving.

The air conditioning is not strong enough.

I loved the complimentary ramen the hotel provided — it was surprisingly delicious!

If the space offering complimentary ramen doesn’t require guest to take off their shoes, which makes it much better.

The onsen was so nice. The bed and room was perfect for us. The staff was so helpful and kind.
