Excellent value for money. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room is barebones but it had everything I needed. It was quiet in the room, and the location is peaceful too. There are a few restaurants and basic shops in the area though. Breakfast was alright. Wifi is super fast.

The bathroom could use a refresh. While the air conditioner did its job, it made annoying noise during use. The hotel's location is alright but the area around the nearest train station (Nishi-Shiogama) felt a bit shady when I arrived in the evening.

Cost/Performance it was really good. The attention was also great. The fact that it has free parking made it very convenient to book and arrive within a an hour. I like that toiletries are left up to take by the guest as needed (less waste)

The room itself smelled a bit odd, but could be just that the furniture itself is a bit old. It is not a huge issues though, as the price was very accesible

Very kind staffs especially room managers who brought towel and cleaning corridors And a thoughtful staff who was at the front changed my room from smoking room to non smoking room, I enjoyed pleasant 5 days because he did it for us!! Thank you

Onsuite ceiling 195cm high and i am 194cm high. Smoke smell in nonsmoking room.

The room climate control facility working abnormally, the humidity is always close to 80? And some of the decoration of the window is broken and dirty!
