I forgot belongings from another hotel. I requested the hotel to coordinate with the hotel at I forgot belongings. And then I received the belongings before checking out. I am very happy. I would to very thank you the hotel for their help. The hotel is in a convenient location, close to JR Sendai, only 300 meters. Clean room, free food, recommended.

Daily breakfast was simple but good. Food was delicious. Staff was attentive and helpful Bed and pillows were very comfortable Hotel is near station so very convenient

Great place to stay in Sendai, quite close to the station. The room was sizeable and had a lot of amenities, including a bathtub. The breakfast was amazing for the price. The staff was super friendly and the checkout hassle free.
