First time in Sendai, I had trouble with navigating but all was good when my GPS finally managed to pinpoint. The walk from Sendai station is quite a distance and I strongly recommend to go first level instead of exiting from second level as you need to walk past biccam building and down the small escalator. The hotel room is clean and just nice for a solo traveller to rest for a night.

Small table but I have not much issues with it. Just wanted to put my breakfast on it. Did not opt for hotel breakfast as I wanted to try their pies that I bought from the station.

Comfortable and spotlessly clean room. Great location very close to the station. Helpful and friendly staff - my arrival was late as the trains were delayed due to the weather but the staff were very accommodating.

The breakfast selection was a bit limited, and it would be good to offer fruit as well as more salad options.

The hotel is great value for money - it's pretty much standard Japanese business hotel. I'm pleased the rooms are cleaned each day, and the shower in the bathroom is pretty strong. It's very close to the east exit of Sendai station. The 'Welcome coffee' is a nice bonus. The staff were nice and kindly provided me with an extra pillow on request.

There were no issues at all. Perhaps the room was a bit small, but it was well worth the price paid.

This might sound as nitpick but I wish room would have proper chair when I need to work

The location is excellent. There is free coffee and tea. Everything was clean and comfortable.

The staff didn’t know English so he communicated through translations app. And the room is as small as it gets. My suitcase barely fit. I didn’t like the pillow

They were really persistent in wanting to tidy up the room. We said no to the cleaning lady, because we had not vacated the room at the time. This prompted a call from the reception and the receptionist knocking on the door.

Breakfast is good. Coffee, juice, salad, oat, soup, bread, curry rice, & salted egg... (no milk :( You can take it back to your room.

If you luggage is very big, you need to be smart in terms of using the space :) Nothing else to complaint.

Good location for travelling by train and convenient to cafes and restaurants. Comfortable room and very friendly staff with a good breakfast included.

Room was a little small if you have a reasonable amount of luggage

Hotel room was nice and standard. Comfortable for a night's stay.

The location was a little far from the station and on the opposite side of all the attractions.

Good value. Close to convenience stores & transportation ( central station, 10-15 min walk ).

No complaints for this price.
