Sendai Vista Hotel is exceptional. Though the hotel foyer looks bare, the room and everything inside are immaculate and well appointed. We had a great and confortable stay. The property is a few minutes walk to the Sendai Station, shopping malls and surrounded by resturants. Everything is near- conveniently situated making access to places of interest easy and manageable. Bubble bath is also free for women. Thanks Sendai Vista Hotel!

Hotel vista sendai is a fantastic hotel, located extremely conveniently near the east exit of the train station. It is so convenient that if you use the correct overpass, you only need to cross one road to get there. There are many convenience stores nearby and an excellent izakaya serving the local specialty of beef tongue. The staff are kind and very helpful. We were able to store luggage before and after our stay for a few hours. This allowed us to conveniently see Sendai hands free and made our experience of the city better. The sento was clean and well maintained, not crowded when i attended each evening. The amenities were also useful and plentiful. The room itself was larger than most Japanese hotels in the city, the cost performance value was high. We were able to strategically keep open a cabin sized and large hardshell suitcase at all times. We were able to visit Matsushima, Geibikei and Gembikei during our 2 night stay here. I also recommend visiting the Sendai morning market which is on the other side of the station, about an 8minute walk.

Hotel Vista Sendai offers a prime location, just a 5-minute walk from Sendai Station, making it incredibly convenient for travellers. The surrounding area is vibrant, with a variety of shops and restaurants to explore. The room itself felt brand new and impeccably clean, ensuring a comfortable stay. One of the standout features is the separate toilet and bathroom, a thoughtful touch that enhances convenience, especially for two people. The bed was incredibly cozy, with an abundance of pillows, making it easy to relax and unwind after a day of exploring.

While the room offered a great experience overall, the TV was a bit outdated compared to the rest of the modern amenities, which could use an upgrade to match the otherwise contemporary feel of the hotel.

The location is close to the train station and metro station, and it is also around the convenient stores, restaurants and shops. The public bath (onsen) is very comfortable and clean. The staffs are friendly and willing to help. Laundry room is clean and available for use. The last but not least important, the room is very spacious and the interior design is well-planned. They separate the shower and the bathroom, and there are 2 sinks in the room which are really considerate. In addition, it is still spacious in the room. Overall, it’s a 10/10 hotel ! We all want to stay again when coming back to Sendai!

I like how the bathroom and toilet is in a separate room that way you don't have to wait for the other to finish up. What I like the most is the onsen. After a long day of going out, all I need is to relax in there. The staffs are very nice and friendly. The location is great, not a long walk from JR station and there's a mall and many restaurants there.

- The location is good, close to the station. - Room is decent size and clean. - Front desk is helpful.

- The footpath from the station to the hotel is a bit bumpy, which makes it a bit difficult to walk with luggage/stroller. - Housekeeping will not change linens daily unless requested. They'll only take out trash and change towels. That's OK, however, I did not expect that would also mean they would not make the bed as well. Other green hotels I've been to may not change linens daily, but they'll still make the bed.

The location is perfect, really close to the station, restaurants, konbini and stores. The access is easy too, escalator and elevator provided. I also want to point out the bathroom and the toilet. They are separated, saving time and peace for your business. The tub is bigger than other hotels I am staying. The double bed is quite spacious too for 3. The hospitality is good, a small amenities bag for kids.

Great location, literally just a few minutes from the train station. The rooms were nice and tidy. Some of the staff spoke English which helped a lot.

My only issue with this property is that they have a Japanese style smoking room. Which is fine in itself however it’s right by the reception so when people leave, for a non smoker the smell of cigarettes and smoke can be quite strong.

Very affordable price for one night which included breakfest. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The room was pleasant and clean. Very spacious for a "Standard Double Room". I also liked that the bathroom had space to move around. The breakfest was buffet which didn't have a large variety but was good for the added price. There was also a drinks vending machine on one of the floors which was handy. Will stay here again!

The room was well appointed, and had just about everything I needed, but what I really liked about this hotel was to staff. One in particular, a young man who worked the desk, was able to help me with every question in a very quiet way. I was in town for a jazz festival. I needed information how to get there things like that so it was clear he was not running the show. He was always a step back when questions needed answering he would step forward and very humble way, and tell me how to solve my problem, it happened a lot because I’m pretty needy. For example, I wanted to go to a movie, and the manager seemed oblivious to where the theater was but this young gentleman knew what I wanted and quietly stepped forward and solve the problem. And finally, when I decided to get a Headstart and leave early, I needed some help and how to get a ticket at six in the morning. This guy came through told me how I could circumvent the train station and have the ticket I needed. I asked his name, and I intend to write to the head of the company because this guy needs to be promoted. Really sold it for me a Vista Sendai.

My experience was a good one. The bed was comfortable. The room was big enough, and I even took a vantage of a little bath. That was very cool.
