The location is excellent, conveniently near JR Sendai Station and popular shopping spots in the Sendai area. Parking is limited and available for an additional charge of 1,700 yen per day. While the rooms and beds may be compact, they are equipped with essential facilities.The hotel staff were exceptionally kind, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. They went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and promptly addressed any requests or inquiries. Their warm and welcoming attitude truly made the experience memorable. The location is very convenient, directly attached to Sendai station (although it took us a little bit of time to figure out exactly how). Otherwise, it completely meets the standard APA experience of cleanliness, friendly staff, etc. Would stay here again.

If you stay at an APA, you should know to expect very small rooms. We were a little disappointed that our rooms in this hotel did not have the new design for the beds to allow us to slide our bags under the bed. Not a dealbreaker, but it would be nice to be able to slide them under the bed.

Breakfast can get crowded so start early. There is a signboard with magnetic markers that you can place at your anticipated breakfast time so you can get an idea of how crowded it will be. The breakfast spread had a great variety and you can even grab coffee to go on the way out. Rooms were small and the controls showed their age (AC, lighting), but bed was comfortable and the TV had multiple options.

Front desk staff was a bit stiff and almost unfriendly. Was it because we didn't book directly? Was it because we are foreigners?

Great location next to the train station. If you stayed at one APA hotel, then you've stayed at them all. The hotel room in Sendai was identical to the room that I stayed at in Tokyo. Both were very good. The consistency in quality with this company is impressive. I was reluctant to book with APA originally because the photos of the rooms looked gaudy, but in real life, they were nice. The amenities were very nice, fresh towels given when asked for. Very good experience overall.

The room was small.

Exceptionnally well located, north of Sendai station, you can easily access it without even setting foot outside. The hotel is very classy and their beds are amazingly comfy, not to mention the delicious breakfast buffet which offers some local specialties like beef tongue curry ! Will definitely come back next time I go visit Sendai. Interesting fact : if you want to send your suitcase by takuhaibin courrier, the reception will provide you with waybills pre-filled with their own address (as sender) so you don't have to fill that part.

Their Android app can only be used if you have a japanese Google account. Other than that, I'm a very good APA hotel customer and there is usually nothing I don't like in their hotels.

The breakfast was very good, I enjoyed it. Also the fact, that you can actually get to the hotel from the Sendai station through a shortcut (without getting out to the street), is a big plus (especially when it's raining), although the way is not very intuitive. Having VOD in TV for free was also a plus.

I was dissapointed by not being able to borrow an adapter for the elektricity plug in. I needed to buy some at the Yodobashi near the station, but during my trip this was the only hotel that didn't provide this. Other than that it was OK.

Best hotel ever. Super clean with very comfortable beds and pillows. Great air cons. Direct access from Sendai station, so you don’t even have to go outside on rainy days. Amazing location. And loved the quality of the breakfast buffet. I’m going to stay at APA Hotels whenever I travel now.

The place is very practical, can be accessed from the Sendai station and is just a couple minutes walk from Clis Road, a major shopping street with many restaurants and outlets. Breakfast is ok, rooms are way too hot though, at one time it was about 24°c when a woke up in the morning. Luckily you can open the window but it's noisy. Good place to stay at a good price.

Very good location, just a few minutes walk from the main train station, with lots of places nearby to eat. Very good breakfast at the hotel. A giant TV in the room, with lots of free VOD. There was a microwave on the 3rd, 8th and 13th floors, which worked out well for me because I was on the 13th floor.

The water in the shower/bath never got very hot, mostly just lukewarm. Only one very thin pillow.

A basic business hotel. A rather small room equipped with everything you might need - a fridge, an electric kettle, mugs. The location was excellent - very easy to get to the city’s downtown or catch trains at the station. Plenty of shops and restaurants around.

A small reception which got crowded at times. Elevators always busy, need to wait.
