1. This is the only hotel I found in Sendai to accommodate family of 4 in one room. 2. Everything is clean and new. 3. Location is 7-10mins walk to Sendai Station. 4. Quite. 5. A/C vent is clean and cold. 6. The staffs are so nice and friendly.

1. You have to carry your luggages on the stairs to get in. I wish there is a ramp to drag it by the wheels. 2. They do not have laundry facilities. You have to cross the street to a nearby laundry shop. 3. They do not have few things like lotion and other pampering stuffs or maybe we just missed where it is placed at the reception area.

The staff was great, handling our luggage and packages. The entire vibe of the hotel is very hipster with purposefully stylistically undone walls, etc. We stayed for 6 nights and were fine. It's close enough to Sendai station to make it a great launching place for day trips. Our Japanese style room was comfortable to sleep it, but a bit small for two people with large suitcases. But we made it work.

The windows don't open which makes airing out the room difficult, and the air dry from the aircon. And this isn't the hotel's fault, but the cafe. It's a super hipster cafe that's very proud of their coffee, not a place that's built to do hotel breakfasts. If it wasn't prepaid, we probably wouldn't have eaten breakfast there again. The breakfasts are small, but good, although most options really lack protein. Anyways, the biggest issue is timing. It takes 5 minutes to eat their tiny breakfast, but up to 40 minutes for them to serve it. When you have trains and buses to catch, this is not okay for a hotel with travelers. Personally I'd recommend going to the conbini around the corner. Which we did a couple of days to get some protein in us.

Really loved the staff. They're so warm and friendly! Helped me with my concerns and answered my queries. I really liked my room, it's so cute and simple. Not a lot of fuss. Plenty of space too. And the hotel is just walking distance to Sendai station, the bus drop off from Tokyo and the bus terminals, JumpShop, animate,Donki. Seriously I didn't have to ride the bus a lot! And there were 2 family marts nearby. Everything was accessible.

The fridge could be bigger though. But it's alright, I was amazed and made do with what I can fit. Haha it's so cute tbh. Ngl, I was wondering where the fridge was.

The building, exterior, interior, rooms - everything is clean and stylish. The staff is nice and welcoming. Location is good, main station in 10 minutes walk. Single room is pretty small but everything is convenient. No any problems happened.

Earlier check-in costs money even if your room is already free and prepared. In your room you have only one wooden floor chair in front of table. Not so comfy especially for tall people.

Location, friendly, helpful staff, clean sheets, pjs, clean towels, slippers, very cosy. Loved the lounge area to relax in. Nice showers and toilet.

The bed & pillow were harder than we are used to. The bed on the ground was hard for my husband to get in and out of. The fridge was way too small. Limited hanging space for towels (so we got fresh ones everyday).

Amazing stay! It's very well located I could walk to the city center every evening and to the train station easily. I was worried the style would make the room "cold looking" but not at all. They also have a cafe where you can have discounted breakfast, it was really good. Would stay again!

Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Very clean. Rooms are small but that’s par for the course in Japan. The space is used exceptionally well for the size and is a great value.

Only complaint is that the air conditioner wasn’t particularly strong. The room is small so it can get hot very quickly.

The rooms were fun and a bit quirky. There was enough room to open my suitcase and leave it open. The breakfast was good and coffee was excellent. Staff was very friendly. Location was close to the station, on a quiet street Very good value for money

The rooms could get a bit damp, I think ventilation could be improved. No ice machine in the hotel.

The staff was very welcoming and could communicate in English, which is not so obvious here in Japan. My double room was neat and cozy and had everything a person or a couple might need for a short stay, including air con, a small fridge, water heater for tea etc. Good experience overall.

The rooms are relatively small, this could be troublesome for those travelling with a lot of luggage. I was also a bit disappointed with breakfast options - nothing truly Japanese, more of an imitation of European cuisine.

The hotel features a stylish and unique design that stands out. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. Plus, the location couldn't be more convenient. Highly recommended!

The ventilation system setup was not very intuitive, especially during the transition to winter mode.
