The room was comfortable for one person. It had everything standard in a business hotel. It was also lovely to see an eco-friendly hotel in Japan (at least on the surface, but most are not). The room was clean and comfortable, and the location on Clis Road near the station was excellent.

The hotel's lobby is on the second floor, up a flight of stairs. A lift/elevator goes up from the ground floor (a real estate agent's), but I did not know that when I arrived, so I carried my luggage up the stairs. If you contact them in advance (the intercom is hidden), they can take you up in the lift, which requires a staff key to get to the ground floor.

I really like the location. I only confirmed that the hotel is near the station when choosing this hotel. however, to my surprise, it is located in the middle of the shopping district. it has everything you want. super market, restaurant, minimarket, shops, izakaya etc. my room was in the 7th floor, its was quiet even tho its near to the shopping district. the room is quiete old and compact, but comfy. overall, love it :D

the light is a bit too dim for working at night but comfortable for resting

The hotel is close to Sendai Station. Breakfast was very good, especially the potato salad. There was also Curry available, which also was really tasty. For using the washing machines and dryers, application at the front is necessary to get a four hour time slot.

The alarm clock/light switch thing was making a buzzing sound all the time.

The location is a real plus, close to the main train station and the bus hub. Apart from that, it's a typical standard hotel, classic room and equipments. The staff is nice even with non japanese speaking persons.

The location was really great. The breakfast was nice as well. The hotel staff was especially friendly and helpful! You can use the laundry room but have to reserve a slot, which was not a problem for us since there were many free slots.

The air in the room was not great when we checked in, but there was an air refresher which quickly solved this issue. The windows can also be opened.

-within shopping district with a lot of shops and restaurants, not far from sendai station and mrt station -clean and comfy -the staff was friendly -some staffs do not speak english fluently but they try their best to handle things nicely -value to money

The location is central to everything in the city center.

The carpet had lots of hair from people that weren’t me. Each time I would step on the bath mat or get in bed, more black hair would come off that my feet had picked up.

Easy and simple, no fussing around for check-in/out. They had vending machines on the first floor for a quick drink, one had alcohol too. The location is in a busy shopping arcade; seems quite fun for vacation.

I couldn't find the first floor elevator when I first arrived. It's inside in a hallway. I'm not sure if you're allowed to just go in through there. If you ask the staff, they may tell you to use it though. I would ask to be sure.

Staff was very helpful

No parking facility and not convenient at all if you come with a car. Info regarding the associated parking was not informed before arrival. Was very hectic leaving the car on the side street whilst running to find the hotel entrance and help from staff.

Ideally located, close to Tanabata festival area, a few minutes to the metro and JR station, and close to many shops, as it is inside a shotengai. The staff is really helpful and professional Free espresso provided at front desk Laundry corner is really cheap, you only pay a small fee for detergent, but the rest is free (way cheaper than any coin laundry) Room is quite large and well equipped for the price

Front desk is at 2F, so you need to climb a few steps to access the front desk and elevator The drying machines are small, it took me a very long time to wash my clothes, but fortunately the staff allowed me to use 2 drying machine at the same time to resolve the issue
