Amazing service, very clean and tidy. Close to the shopping street and railway station. The subway tunnel is right infront of the hotel as you can see. To the right, next to it is mcdonalds. And opposite to the hotel is a nice cafe too. The hotel reception looks like a palace entry.

This is a bit old property. So amenities, furniture,beds are quite old. However, I would still recommend if you are looking for an affordable place close to different shops for your stay.

I only stayed one night but I was satisfied with the room. It was clean and spacy enough for my needs. Staff was friendly. I slept well in my bed.

My room felt a bit cold, but I just tucked myself deeper into the thick and comfty blanket. Maybe there was actually a way to adjust it, but I just turned it off. It didn't bother me too much though.

Hotel was within easy reach of the station. Room size was good and the onsen bath was wonderful. Helpful and cheerful staff. Would stay there again.

I cannot think of anything negative to report at all. Except the weather for which I cannot hold the hotel responsible.

The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful.the room was spacious enough for solo traveller.

The wash basin tap leaked a bit but it's nothing serious at all.
