The room was comfortable and warm (which is important during winter season). I found everything I needed and even more - a good collection of skincare products was a great surprise! The breakfast is also very good, with local speciality foods and good coffee. The hotel is located not far from Sendai station, surrounded by shopping and food places, the bus stop is located right before the hotel entrance, so you can get to Sendai station in 5 min and to Sendai Daikannon in 25 min. Also thanks to the friendly and helpful staff!

Great location opposite the entertainment district. Good facilities: laundry, microwave, iron/ironing board, free amenities, e.g. free tea bags, toothbrushes etc, buffet breakfast, in-room fridge, kettle, good desk size, and bedside shelf. A 7/11 half a block away where you could buy a simple meal - they'd even heat it up for you and provide chopsticks.

Mattress was a little on the hard side. No option for morning/afternoon tea, lunch or dinner, though they did provide free tea bags to make tea in your room.

The beds were comfortable. The showers were fantastic. The room temperature was well-regulated. The location was good: a 12-minute walk from the station. The staff members were helpful and pleasant. Breakfast: The fruit and the bread were great, as was the rice.

I suggest that the breakfast service rotate foods served. They offered the exactly the same food every morning. While I respect the fact that they serve regional food, I really wanted some variety. The coffee was barely acceptable. I did not like the curry.

Clean, modern, comfortable and just very stylish. Really good value for money!! The breakfast buffet with regional food was excellent.

Simply put, the hotel was just a home away from home. The staff was so pleasant and they allowed us to leave our belongings before our check-in time. The lobby had toilets and had toiletries available for use. It also had microwave ovens to reheat bento boxes bought from convenience stores. The rooms were fairly bigger than standard business hotels in Japan; however, I was really satisfied especially with the table and the refrigerator which allowed me to work for a bit and buy lots of snacks for munching in the hotel room. I am very happy with my stay!

The only thing I did not like staying in the hotel was the laundromat and the dryer. While I appreciate that there are a laundromat and a dryer, there were only one of each which made us wait for our turn considering they were at the sixth floor and I stayed at the twelfth floor.

The lady staff was amazing, she was trying to help me with my amazon order to deliver to the hotel itself, fabulous! All staffs was attentive. Lots of tea sections and face care products to take to your room! Amazing 👏 Hotel is very comfortable and warming, I would stay there again. It's also close to the main town 5mins walk and 15mins walk to the train station.

The laundry room had only one washing machine and one dryer, but I guests that lived there was very on time when their clothes are done they come back to take it before it ends. ( can't say about other guests it's my own experience).

Great location, close to the station and most of the sites for visits. Staff was excellent with handling issues. They approached them with pleasant and reassuring manners.

The floor I had a room gave a dingy, shoddy impression when entered from the elevator for some reason, despite the fact it was a higher floor. Also, there seemed some dubious activities going on, smoking, giggles in the corridor with a number pf routh congregating near the door to outside late at night.

Location is very convenient, it takes only a 10 minutes bus ride or a 20 minutes walk to get to Sendai station. It is also next to the major shopping area Ichibancho. Convenience store is just less than a minutes’ walk away. The staff is helpful. The rooms facing the front of the hotel enjoy a decent street view. Amenities can be obtained in the lobby.

The entire hotel share one single washing machine. It might be difficult to do laundry when it is busy. Toilet in the room is a little bit small. There is also a lack of hangar bar in the room.

Spacious rooms! At 17sqm it feels luxurious, the layout of the room gives you plenty of space to lay out your things. There's also a LAN cable provided if you need great and stable internet speeds (100Mbps up/down). The lounge found on the ground floor is quite spacious where you can bring your own food and drinks and eat there. There are also microwaves. 7 mins from Aobadori Station, or 10mins from Sendai Station.

There is slight noise from the street (and I was up high), there is no temp control for making the room cooler, it's only spring so the weather is starting to pick up and I was sweating during my sleep, not sure how they deal with it in Summer. A downside for me but maybe a positive for others, fresh towels are given every day which I don't think is quite eco, at least they won't give you new ones if you leave the fresh towels hanging by your door.

We booked this hotel last minute and it was great for the low price. The rooms were large and spacious. It was in a good location, there are lots of small restaurants and bars nearby we only found on the second day. We are a family of 5 we had two twin rooms on the top floor. It's on a big road, but there was no traffic noise unless out on the balcony. at rush hour.

Cleaning of the floors needs attention. The hotel in general was not very clean at all, especially under the beds. We moved two together for our three kids to share. But also in common areas, hallways etc. However the bathroom was clean from memory. More feedback for the hotel - You would have fitted a third bed in the room, as it was large. Or even bunk beds and create a family room.
