That's one of the coolest hotels I've been at! First of, the check in is done digitaly, and a hologram will great you! You can choose different laguages, inclouding english, so no worries. The design of the hotel and the room where really beautiful and added to the experiance. The location is great, there are a lot of resturants, bars and stores all around. Not too far from some parks and gardens, and half an hour walk from the city's museum and other atrractions close to it. It's easy to navigate to the hotel from the train station, but if you carry big baggage you'll might want to consider bus or taxi. I walked...

As other guests have already pointed out, once you get past the holograms at check in, this is a standard business hotel. It’s very well located in the centre of the entertainment district but we didn’t hear any noise from our room. Decent bathroom, pleasant and helpful staff, comfortable beds.

Not much in the way of storage space for clothes or bags. The room also felt quite dark and there wasn’t much natural daylight. I was also a bit surprised by the breakfast. Normally in these places it’s a buffet but this was a straight choice between the same rice dish and pasta each day. (To be fair the pasta was very nice)

The property was probably the cleanest hotel I have ever been into. From the lobby to the rooms everything was extremely clean. I see that there are cleaners cleaning the lobby and rooms everyday. The bathroom was very nice and separated from the toilet. There was a huge bathtub to take a bath in. The LG styler was a unique part of the room. I used it to clean and sanitize things that did not need to be washed yet. Such as a jacket and towels. Location was pretty good as well, maybe a 15-20 minute walk from the station but close to many things.

No downsides besides it not being extremely close to the station but it is still very close

Room is of a good size, clean and has all the amenities one might need for a comfortable stay. Great location too with food options just below. I had really comfortable stay :)

Everything was in Japanese, even the information on the TV screen. It's okay using Google Translate but I thought it would be very easy to just get someone to do an English translation and put it up. It's a little bit concerning when the emergency information is only in Japanese... (But it seems to be par for the course for places outside of the major tourist cities like Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka).

There are a number of shops, restaurants and cafes right on the doorstep to this hotel. It is convenient to walk places from the hotel including the Sendai station which is no more than 15 minutes away. If you go in spring, you can walk to Nishi park to enjoy the festivities there both during the day and at night. As a foreigner, it was nice that I didn’t have to interact with staff much or at all really but the room didn’t cater too well for English speakers. The TV with hotel information didn’t have an English option from what I could work out.

A lack of English on the TV information. Laundry was exceedingly expensive compared to a lot of hotels I’ve stayed in whilst in Japan. ¥400 for a wash, ¥200/30min dry, 800¥ for a wash and dry combo. I did two washes (whites and coloured) and put everything on for 60mins for a dry cycle. Total cost of ¥1200 and my clothes came out wet as if they hadn’t been dried at all. I only put 4 days worth of clothes on.

The location was so central to so much! It was easy to access restaurants, trains, night life, shops, and just about anything else. The rooms were so quiet! We were right next to the elevator and couldn't hear a thing. The staff was great, the rooms were so clean and well laid out, and I am very happy with our stay!

The beds could have been a tiny b it more comfortable and there were only tewo pillows total on the bed that were a bit too firm for me. The AC/Heater also made noise when it was on, but the room was climate controlled well enough that we didnt really need it.

Situated in the main street of Sendai, very close to the metro, my room was on the other side of the street so it was very quiet there. Insulation is also excellent so no sounds from the neighbours could be heard. The room is super big, especially for Japanese hotels, and had its own clothes steam cabinet so you could steam them whenever you wanted. Breakfast is super delicious, there are only two options however. I was in the hotel for 2 weeks but never got tired of the pasta option.

The location is central and practical, close to restaurants and shops as well as a metro station. The room was spacious and clean, it was clear to see that the hotel was new. And the way for checking in (with holograms) worked well and was a fun experience. It was also nice that there was staff available which you could call through the hologram check-in stand, which we used twice when we had additional requests/questions the holograms couldn't cover.

The only thing we experienced that was less ideal was that the staff couldn't help us call or reserve a taxi early in the morning. Due to the hotel's location it was not possible to reserve a taxi and we had to go out on the street and cross fingers that we would be able to get one. We were able to get a taxi but it did add some more stress to us that we couldn't get help with getting a reservation as we had to catch connecting transport.

Amazing hotel located in the middle of a huge, bustling shopping street. The location made exploring Sendai extremely convenient! Rooms were exactly as pictured, and also extremely clean. Arriving in Sendai a few hours earlier than check-in, the complimentary lockers were a lifesaver. Would absolutely stay at again if traveling to Sendai and would recommend to any travelers who aim to do so as well.

The only thing I could say for them to improve on is the check-in system. It's self check-in, which is pretty convenient itself, but it's clear the system has issues handling foreign names as opposed to Japanese, which does make sense! We needed help from a staff member to figure out the correct way to input our names for check-in, but other than that, the stay was phenomenal!

Loved how this was so foreigner friendly and I didn't have to interact with the staff for check in or the majority of my stay. I was not expecting the have a whole steam machine for clothing, but it was readily available and easy to use. Facilities were clean and easy to use!

I wish there was more instruction for checking out early. I speak some Japanese so I was able to do so with ease and the staff was super helpful, but I worry about those without Japanese ability. I had to call a staff member to check out early and have them explain I wouldn't be reimbursed, which I totally understand, but sometimes plans change, so we should be able to check out whenever, and not just within a strict window of time.
