Staff were so friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and spacious, even had a little couch too. shops, convenience and station were close by. would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Sendai.

The location was great and the staff were all really nice and helpful.

Central location yet quiet.

The laundry room and equipment needs extensive cleaning. The room is serviceable but the furniture is weathered and the upholstery threadbare. Hair was seen stuck to the headboard on check in.

Within walking distance to the shopping street. Free coffee.

There is cigarrete smell even it was smoke-free room. In-room TV is small.

The location was good and the price was fair. The room is relatively spacious compared to other hotels in the same price range.

The room I stayed was a non-smoking one. However, it still smells cigarettes.

Shower head couldn’t be placed at the top of the shower without a huge mess from the water spraying the wall. Bedroom was very small for 3 beds and the AC did not blow. Alarm clock didn’t work and tv had adult shows that were not very well sensored!!!!!

Location was pretty good, close to transit and fun streets with restaurants and bars Room was spacious for a hotel room Staff was nice

Room had stains on the carpet and a very subtle odor of sewage from the bathroom. Microwave was in the lobby There was only a single washing machine and you had to book it

Sofa bed was very uncomfortable but other bed was good.

Bed, sheets, bathroom etc were clean. They gave toiletries. They had kept an air purifier in the room. Except for the smoke smell issue the room was fine for the money paid.

The room we requested was a non smoking room. The room we got smelled strongly of smoke. When we informed the counter, we were told all rooms were booked so we couldn't get a room change. The only room left was a smoking room. This was sad because even though we checked in at night, we arrived at the hotel an hour before check in. We were not allowed to check in at that point because we were early but because we had plans outside we had to leave our bags after filling some forms. So we assumed that we'd get a good non smoking room. Then we got a call where staff further explained whole floor was non smoking rooms. However the whole floor smelled of smoke to us. The staff were very polite and apologized to us but all they gave us was a air refreshner for the smell. However the presence of the air purifier in the room made me wonder if they have previously had complaints of the smoke smell in the room but they haven't made any big changes to remove it. I don't know but it was very uncomfortable for us because of the smell since we were non smokers even though everything else was fine.
