The hotel is conveniently located and very easy to access. The room was clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable stay. One standout feature, as other guests have mentioned, is the digital screen pad used to control the lights and other room settings—it’s a unique and modern touch that adds to the overall experience.

While the room was comfortable, it felt a bit small. The staff was kind and helpful, but their tone in English sometimes came across as slightly blunt—though in Japanese, they were very polite. The check-in system was a bit confusing, and even the staff seemed unsure at times.

The room size is just right, adequate for 2 persons stay with quite a lot of luggage for our long trip. I didn't like the small windows but it does the job. The toilet was a bit weird even for Japanese standard as the wash basin was outside of the toilet and shower area. It did get a little used to but overall the room work perfectly for our 2-night stay. The area is very close to the Clis road, aka Sendai walking street and the Sendai station was about 7 mins walk away. The check-in and check-out was pretty seamless.

The underground automate parking was quite expensive, costing 1300Yen per night - need to ask the 200Yen discount ticket from the front desk. I had to take the car out before 11:00 then return the car again after 15:00.

It’s so hard to find hotel rooms that are completely dark at night. To have a nice night of sleep I need a super dark room to sleep and thanks to them I slept like a baby. There was a lot of lights if I wanted to turn it on (really good for make up) but if I wanted to sleep it was as dark as possible. The bed was also super comfortable. The way they design the room was so smart and made the room looks bigger than it was. We had more than enough space for our things. It was super spacious. I have a lot of make up and it was really easy to do with the nice table and nice table Mirror that they provide. I have a lot of hair, a lot and usually the hotel hairdryer don’t work for my hair. They all take ages to dry, but theirs was pretty good. Also de amenities were of such a nice quality. The location is also perfect, close to the station and with a lot of restaurants and shops around it. We always walked everywhere.

The room I stayed in was extremely spacious, which isn't common with my experiences of hotels in Japan. The hotel was clean and seemed to have quite modern technology with a touchscreen electronic device controlling the cooling settings etc. In the lobby, the amenities bar provided various items including toothbrushes, moisturising cream, cotton swabs and bottles of water could be collected from the reception. I had an extremely pleasant experience with the staff. I needed to make a phone call to the next hotel I was staying at to alter my booking and one of the staff members happily called for me and assisted, even with the language barrier. A very inviting and comfortable hotel to stay at!

Can't rate this place highly enough. They have a laundry where, for 500yen, you can set your gear to wash and dry in the same machine. Tells you how long till its finished, so you can bugger off for 2 hours and not worry. The breakfast is about 1600 yen and worth every yen. The food selection was fantastic. The room rate was good. The bed and bathroom exceeded my expectations, very short walk to and from the rail station, so I didn't even bother with a taxi..

Your wifi operates from your tv, so you only have it in your room. It would be nice if they could automate that access to the second floor for the laundry and restaurant. Apart from that, this place was great. And they do have wifi on 2, but you need the separate password. In the breakfast, sliced bread had been stolen from the smurfs, so small.

It was excellent value for money. We stayed a week and it was close to the Sendai station and many restaurants and shopping options. The staff was always friendly and there was free bottled water every day we could take on the road. Also liked that the bathroom was separated from the sink area so we could use them separately to be more efficient in the mornings and nights.

My only gripe was that there were days where I saw a line for the coin laundry.

Centrally located, clean and comfortable. The size of the room and bed was pretty generous by Japanese standards. Good shower. Appreciated the no-frills eco clean option for our room. The staff spoke little English but were courteous and eager to help when needed. Parking overnight was available on-site at a reduced rate of 1300 JPY. Try Hillvalley Coffee Lab nearby for your coffee needs.

Easily accessed from Sendai Station, only a few minutes walk. Also conveniently located near Aobadori Station (JR) which gets you a seat if transiting on the local train outside of Sendai! Hotel had a modern vibe, friendly staff and luggage storage. Amenities at reception, plus clothes washing/drying on Level 2 plus ice machine and vending machine. Also had a handy feature where you can see if the washing machine is free via your room TV. The room had triple beds which was perfect and an overall comfortable stay. Would stay here again.

Don’t follow Google Maps to the hotel, you’ll end up at a hair salon. Instead, stay on Aobadori and head for ‘Hot House Aobatsu 1 Parking Lot’ which is the direct entry from the main road.

Average size room but I really liked the staff. They were really helpful especially with luggage transport to the next hotel. Amazing location, close to the Sendai train station.

Laundry room was small (washers) but the cycle did a wash and dry at the same time that required no switches which was convenient. And I liked that the machines took Suica so I didn’t have to worry about finding 100yens.

The hotel is centrally located in Sendai only a few hundred meters from the central train station, and a few blocked from the major shopping areas. We were able to find very good restaurant choices within easy walking distance. The hotel provides a coffee / hot chocolate machine, but it is only available between 2-7pm. All needed amenities are provided and the room was very comfortable. The staff was very accommodating and held our baggage for a few hours both prior to check-in and following check-out.

It would have been nice to have access to the coffee machine during morning hours but we did not choose the $11 breakfast option. We booked the room for three adults and with the extra bed, the room was quite tight.
