Clean , conveniently located. The staff was nice. The room wasn’t large, but certainly sufficient. The parking is accessible fairly easily via the hotel elevator. Didn’t try any food at the hotel.

The parking is paid for via tickets with which you need to go to the reception. The price for the parking via the hotel ticket was 1500yen (which is ok), just the way things are handled could be better. I think the AC was slow there. It works, it just needs to pump air continuously for a long time to cool down the room.

Great hotel with modern touches/amenities. The staff is helpful and pretty friendly. English is somewhat manageable so that's a plus! The hotel is located in a great place with restaurants/malls just a 10 minute walk away. The rooms are very clean and they make sure you're well supplied with fresh towels/water/robes. Terrific value for money!! For the price I paid, I would have to stay in a wardrobe in Tokyo.

The room is small, but bigger than the average Tokyo hotel room. This is kinda expected though, so not really a minus. The modernity of the room kinda makes up for it. I'd stay here again

Overall, it was ok experiences for short stay in Sendai. Facilities have been renovated. Small room as expected nationwide.

The location is a bit off from the JR Sendai Station, but still within walking distance. I drove the rental car to this hotel, wanted to do a quick drop off luggage before I returned the car. I couldn't find any staffs/ concierge. So I had to park underground. At other hotels, they are ok with you parking in front for a short period less than 20 min. When I checked in, I told them that I will not be parking the car overnight, so they just return the card. At least clear guidance should have been given.

The Hotel was very clean and well furnished. The breakfast had a good variety and was tasty. We happy with the linens and furnishings in the room and all were in excellent condition. The Staff were pleasant and wanted to make sure we had everything we needed.

Check-in was a challenge, but to be fair - we had a large group and there was a little language barrier. Our printout from Booking.com did not seem to match their records. But after a lot of going back and forth, we were able to get checked in.

The hotel was easy to find and only about a 10 min walk from Sendai station. It’s a very nice, clean, well-stocked, large hotel, with a lot of very friendly and polite staff who are always available to answer any questions you may have. Even if you don't speak any Japanese, they have a handy little vocal translator device, that works perfectly! The lobby has a luggage storage area and they also have safety deposit boxes behind the front desk for anything that won’t fit in the safe in your room. There are 3 restaurants on site - including a breakfast area - although we didn’t have any occasion to use them. There’s also a handy vending machine in the lobby if you can’t make it to one of the 3 convenience stores across the street. The room is very well appointed, and it’s as described and a decent size for two people. We had a room with two twin beds, since we know that a Japanese double bed doesn’t fit us. I found the pillows to be uncomfortable - but it seems that's the standard type of pillow in accommodation in Japan. There are a fair amount of plug points and USB points in the room. And there’s enough space for multiple suitcases and bags. There’s a small closet which has enough space for your clothes – although depending on how long you’re staying, you may need to ask for a few more hangers. One of the things I really liked and appreciated very much in this hotel, is that the windows open for fresh air. It was great to be able to sleep with fresh air coming into the room. The bathroom is quite nice, and it was very nice to get a bathtub with a shower over it, instead of a wet-room like some other locations. Aside from the standard shampoo/conditioner/body wash, you also get a lot of toiletries for free. We were able to buy tickets for Sendai Loople Bus directly from the front desk of the hotel - again very handy.

The only issue we had with the fridge was that it just wasn’t strong enough. At first, we thought the replacement was also broken, but a member of staff came up and showed us that there’s a dial in the back of the fridge that needs to be turned up. We did that, but it still just doesn’t get cold enough. It’s barely just above ambient. Our food was barely cool let alone cold.

Close to the station, friendly staff, rooms are well accessorized with lots of free amenities for you to use (hair brush, toothbrush, razor, hair ties etc). The hotel rooms are a bit old but some parts are renovated. Lobby is big and spacious. Room for a single person is a good size. Lots of convenient stores around the hotel, so it's easy to buy anything you want :) The reception have an automated translator, so don't worry if you don't speak Japanese! The room also included free water, which were refilled every day. Small fridge worked great. Fair price for what you get. Wi Fi worked well.

Some parts of the room were showing their old age, but were functioning. There is no coin laundry in the hotel or anywhere close to it - so if you're staying for more than a couple of nights, please take this into consideration. Bed was comfy but a bit weird. Felt like one side was dipped while the other wasn't. I slept on the better side. Pillows could use a change to better ones.

The reception service was excellent; we were served by Ms. N. Rejina. Our family was impressed with the assistance and information provided. The breakfast was exceptional, with a wide variety and great taste, not to be missed. The location is excellent, very close to shopping areas and restaurants.

The management in the breakfast room should be improved by clearing tables more quickly so that guests do not have to wait too long. From my experience, there were not enough staff members clearing tables.

I booked a single room around 5 months in advance at a very good price of ¥4xxx only. The staffs are friendly and helpful. This hotel is big. The restaurant on ground floor open for breakfast only. The room is newly renovated even though the hotel itself has been built for some years. The single room is spacious with all the amenities I need. Considering the price, it’s really a good deal in Sendai.

The hotel is around 10 min walk from Sendai JR station. It’s dark in the neighborhood at night. There is a hospital opposite to the hotel. So be prepared there will be some ambulance “b-bu b-bu” sound even at night.

Excellent location, close to train station, post office, shops and restaurants. Very good breakfast, with fresh juices and fruit, and plenty of options (inc. cooked and continental-style breakfast). Reception was well staffed (never had to wait) and the staff were very helpful. The lobby area, breakfast room, and my room were all very spacious and clean - much appreciated. Cleaning staff were considerate and accommodating. Bed was comfortable, AC and blackout curains helped with a good night's sleep.

Room size was perfect for single use, but space is a bit narrow for two people. The bed is difficult to access from both sides. The restaurant inside the hotel is on the expensive side.

Location was excellent, only 7min walk to Sendai Station, a 7/11 across the road and plenty of affordable eateries nearby. Our twin room was on the small side but comfortable. Staff were helpful and friendly.

No cooling function for the aircon, the entire floor was set to heating…we had to sleep with the window open and construction work going on below.
