The location of the hotel, is fantastic, it's just five minutes walk from the Jr station and close to everything. The bathroom is updated and well equipped. I couldn't thank more to the staff of the hotel, they are not just only professional and helpful but also kind and really put themselves into customers' shoes. I suffered a horrible backache right after I checked out in the morning. It was so painful, that I couldn't even stand in the lobby. After I lied on the couch for a few minutes, we realized that our only option was to stay at least one more night in the hotel. My friend who couldn't even speak a single Japanese word told the staff about our situation. Luckily, they had one last room available and the staff allowed us to check in immediately, which literally saved my life. We actually stayed in the hotel for two more nights before we decided to cancel all our schedule due to my pain, and even we couldn't book the same type of room, the staff allowed us to stay in the same room as I was not able to move at all. When we were finally leaving the hotel, the staff helped me to carry all my luggage. To the taxi. I forgot to ask the staff's name, but every staff that we met in the hotel were just kind and warm hearted. So I just want to say "thank you" to all of them. This is far beyond good service this is the kind of kindness that you would remember for your whole life.

Located a few minutes walk from train station. Property is nice, room clean and comfortable. Staff professional, friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet offerings were outstanding! The bathroom was big, unlike typical Japanese bathrooms, so that was a nice surprise. There's a Family Mart next to the hotel and many shops and restaurants within walking distance.

I like that in typical Japanese hotel style, a hot water kettle is provided in the room. I do, however, like to drink my coffee/tea from ceramic cups, so was disappointed that there were only paper cups provided. That was the only negative thing.

Great location! It's near Sendai Station and shopping malls. There's also a Family Mart at the ground floor with a connecting entrance to the hotel's lobby. The staff were very professional and polite. The room I stayed in was very comfortable and quite spacious than what I expected. Very good value for money. The toilet and the bath area were separated which I really liked. A lot of Japanese hotels I've stayed in had the toilet and the bathtub in one cramped area, so this was different. Since there's no need to step into the bathtub, it's a good option for anyone who may not be able to use a bathtub. My room wasn't cleaned everyday, but they did provide new towels and amenities which they left outside the door. For those who would like to use the luggage delivery service, they offer it. I highly suggest to use this service if you'd like to travel comfortably if going to other places in Japan.

The location is excellent, which is just opposite to the main station. There is a convenient store just adjacent to the entrance, and Gyudon restaurant is just around the corner. The nearest supermarket could be reached in a 10 minutes walk. The rooms are modern, clean and comfortable, and it is spacey compared with hotels of the same class.

It is a little bit pricey if compared with hotels of the same class in Sendai.

The breakfast was nice (although there could be more vegetarian options), the location was good and the rooms provided extra seating areas with a couch, a chair, and a table. The bathroom was large and the toilet was separate, which was convenient. There were many different light options.

This modern hotel is a short walk from the Sendai Station. It's clean and comfortable. The breakfast was nice. The staff were very helpful with suggestions to local events and locations. It's a great place for a short stay for a work or leisure traveller.

Great location, just a few minutes walk from the Shinkansen station. Fine breakfast, also not too busy. Checkout time is by Japanese standards OK (11 instead of 10 am). Easy access to in-building FamilyMart. Bathroom that's not as cramped as most hotels.

Breakfast hours unnecessarily restrictive (need to be there before 9:30). While a few nights the room was quiet, on a night after rain (maybe due to different road surface conditions?), the room got rather noisy.

The room was pleasant and it was a very comfortable size for one person. Very nice bathroom design with the toilet in a separate area to the shower/bath. There is a FamilyMart next to the hotel.

No English TV channels was a bummer for me.

The hotel is a close walk from Sendai Station. The rooms are clean and the staff is nice. The blackout curtain certainly blocks all light. Alot of lighting options. The staff held my luggage for a few hours after I checked out.

The rooms are small, but are on par with other rooms in Japan. The view from the window is directly facing the windows of an office building. It’s all you can see… and they can see you…
