- Location of the hotel is not far from Sendai Station. There is Family Mart nearby. - Breakfast is good and tasty. - Staffs are helpful and friendly.

- The bed was hard so that I could not sleep well. - The bathroom is very small. - The temperature in the room is center-controlled. I stayed during autumn, so the heater was operated all the time. I felt hot and discomfort, so I had to opened the window to let the cold and fresh air in. - There were not so many menus of breakfast each day, so you may get bored if you stay for many days. - The elevator access to the upper floors does not need the keycard. It may cause safety concern.

Great location, about5min walk from sendai station. Good attitude staffs. The Starbuck and convinent store are the opposite. Near restaurant and cafe.

The breakfast is average but is not so much variety, it ‘s same menu everyday. The room quite small but we can arrange the area so it’s ok for us. I ‘ m not sure about air condition it seem not work? or the hotel use heater? cause the time I visit is pretty cold. Otherwise, it ‘s good to stay here.

Location is good with many shops and eateries around. Breakfast selection was quite good. Reasonably priced for workdays (see also note below).

Room was OK for single person, however, it would be a bit small for two persons. This is general problem with all hotels in Japan, though. Be aware that there is variable rate that is different on each day. You will pay much higher price on weekends.

Hotel bring great value for travelers. Hotel is near Sendai Station but It is quite hard for family with ฺBaby Stoller to access Sendai station and Sendai Looper bus because it is far for elevator.

Room is not so clean. Breakfast is not so variety compare to other hotel but hotel price is reasonable

I like that the hotel provides amenities in the room, even though I don't allow the staff to clean it.

Breakfast is very good and delicious, but it is repetitive every day, which can bore someone like me who stays for many days.

The location was great. It was just about 5 min by walk from Sendai station. And surprisingly the free internet was so smooth. They also have the free drink corner available during the day and night.

Compared to the pictures they showed on the booking site, the real breakfast was a bit disappointed. Many western style foods contained a lot of sugar. Also Asian style foods did not have choice to be selected.

Hotel is very close to Sendai Station as well as good selection of restaurants and bars. (We can recommend Habichey Roji Bar for great food and ambience.) We really appreciated being able to leave our luggage for the day in the very efficient locker system. The room was stylish and clean and the bedding fresh. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. Will look for other Comfort Hotels for other trips during our stay in Japan.

It was set up that the reception is at Second floor. People from the street can assess directly to the floors where guest rooms are located. Easily !!
