Breakfast is great with many choices and food of high quality. Room is clean and comfortable. Though opposite the train station, need to get to the road level, cross the main road before getting to the hotel. But because near to the station, very convenient for eating and shopping

No coin operated laundry. Have to pay to use the spa. Water temperature in the bath too hot.

The exterior and interior design of the hotel makes you feel that you are in 70/80s. You are able to spot the hotel building once you step out of West exit of Sendai station and it’s within 10mins walk.

Great location. Very close to the Sendai station and the Sendai morning market. The room is clean and comfortable. The onsen upstairs, the lounge and the snack bar are excellent and exceeded my expectation. (Very good system). You can also see the crowd condition in the onsen on the TV screen in your room before you go. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to everyone.

The breakfast was a little bit pricey so I did not have one (but seems like very positive review).

Very much unexpected but most appreciated the natural Onsen spa on 17F - including one free beer for every night's stay and a good selection of free soft drinks, icecream and snacks. The adjacent relaxation room has very comfortable reclining seats with individual TV sets.

As usual, the building is not sound "proof". Throughout the night, noises from upper and lower floors can be heard, such as door banging or other guests dropping or moving things.

The spa was really great for casual baths. The cold spa wasn't freezing but cold enough to feel get the shivers, the baths were hot enough to stimulate the skin, the sauna was spacious enough. The free beer token and after-bath accommodations were the cherry on top. I'm very appreciative of my stay in Sendai and I think a good amount of that is because of this hotel.

There is nothing I can say for this.

The upstairs onsen and lounge were very good! I used it every day! The place was well situated and lavish. We felt it was a good find for its price.

We found the room to be a bit too warm when sleeping under a thick blanket, even when the heating was turned off.

1- Room is well-fit for those with check-in luggage 2- Staffs are very polite and supportive 3- Hotel is near major shopping stores and train station

1- Cost for onsen daily use is expensive and the hours are very limited. Whereas, the onsen itself is very similar to those in other hotels I stayed (no charge). 2- The breakfast start hour should have been earlier, which allow travelers more time for their day trip.

There is a convenience store very close to the accommodation.There are many restaurants nearby. There is an onsen.

The accommodation is located on the opposite side of Sendai Station. Makes you have to push your bag a bit far.

Great location, close to Sendai station. Our plan has access to the spa which was exceptional. The public bath was clean and relaxing, and the resting area has wide choices of drinks (including beer) and snacks for guests after the bath.

Only central heating, but at least can open the window for fresh air.

Comfortable location, just 5 mins walk from the Sendai station. Great if you plan to visit around and use trains a lot. Spacious room, with well-equipped bathroom. All you may need, plus a small fridge and a kettle. Tea bags for free. We had very good night's sleep, it was quiet at nights. Beds were comfortable. Overall good value.
