Breakfast is great with many choices and food of high quality. Room is clean and comfortable. Though opposite the train station, need to get to the road level, cross the main road before getting to the hotel. But because near to the station, very convenient for eating and shopping

No coin operated laundry. Have to pay to use the spa. Water temperature in the bath too hot.

Our 3rd stay in this Hotel. Outstanding is the Spa on 17th floor, the Onsen and the "Relaxation Lounge" with a free beer and free softdrinks/ice cream. We came by car this time, used the Hotel's integrated car park. It was possible to get the car in and out at any time during the day, multiple times, at no additional costs (daily rate 1,500.-)

There is no proper "Lobby" were you can sit down and wait or spend some time. Only reception area and the space in from of the elevator. Even after displaying the sign "please change bedding and amenities", our pillow covers were the same as the day before. (there was a blood mark on one and was the same after "House Keeping". The floor was not vacuumed, same hair and dirt on the floor after "House Keeping".

I really liked the ambiance of the hotel. The lobby was quaint, warm, and inviting. The hotel staff were really kind and spoke English very well. The hallways on the floor I was staying on had background music that added to the overall European vibes. Each floor felt really secure and safe since it required a hotel room card for that floor to enter. The room was the perfect size. I really like the vanity that was placed right at the entrance. I could keep my items organized and my room clean. The room was also large enough, I could have my suitcase open without feeling cramped. The bathroom was super cute and considerably larger than a normal Japanese hotel. The location was a short walk from Sendai Station, making it an ideal location. There was also a 711 right next door if you needed any snacks or late night food.

I think the only thing is the room was a little dark, but I think it also added to the ambiance.

The location of the hotel is truly ideal and very convenient. I liked the bright lighting in the room, and the bed was relatively comfortable. Considering it's in the city center, the size of the bathroom was also satisfactory.

However, one area for improvement is the access hours for the large public bath; it closes at 11:00PM, which is quite early. This is not ideal, especially since guests often hope to dine and shop nearby later in the evening. The staff did not communicate this clearly at check-in. We arrived at the bath at 10:15 PM, and there were still many others there, but we were disappointed to find it closed. I believe better communication regarding this matter is necessary.

The exterior and interior design of the hotel makes you feel that you are in 70/80s. You are able to spot the hotel building once you step out of West exit of Sendai station and it’s within 10mins walk.

Great location. Very close to the Sendai station and the Sendai morning market. The room is clean and comfortable. The onsen upstairs, the lounge and the snack bar are excellent and exceeded my expectation. (Very good system). You can also see the crowd condition in the onsen on the TV screen in your room before you go. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to everyone.

The breakfast was a little bit pricey so I did not have one (but seems like very positive review).

The location was quiet yet very close to Sendai Station. The spa and sauna is great and well organised! The room size was quite spacious as a hotel room in Japan. The design of the hotel adds a nice aesthetic to it.

The room was very stuffy and the Aircon/heater only goes down to 21 degrees Celsius, meaning it makes the room even more stuffy.

Very much unexpected but most appreciated the natural Onsen spa on 17F - including one free beer for every night's stay and a good selection of free soft drinks, icecream and snacks. The adjacent relaxation room has very comfortable reclining seats with individual TV sets.

As usual, the building is not sound "proof". Throughout the night, noises from upper and lower floors can be heard, such as door banging or other guests dropping or moving things.

The spa was really great for casual baths. The cold spa wasn't freezing but cold enough to feel get the shivers, the baths were hot enough to stimulate the skin, the sauna was spacious enough. The free beer token and after-bath accommodations were the cherry on top. I'm very appreciative of my stay in Sendai and I think a good amount of that is because of this hotel.

There is nothing I can say for this.

The upstairs onsen and lounge were very good! I used it every day! The place was well situated and lavish. We felt it was a good find for its price.

We found the room to be a bit too warm when sleeping under a thick blanket, even when the heating was turned off.
