It is the perfect location; the bed is comfortable for one guest, and the view of the 15th floor on the east side is astonishing. Superb Customer Service. Facilities are new, clean, well-maintained, and preserved.

Most likely, the previous guest who used the room had a powerful body odor that remained in the bath space, unfortunately. I assume most guests are Asians, so the body odor is not a concern for the cleaning bath part. Not being racist here, but that's a true biological reality and scientifically proven. I would not blame the staff or the hotel for this, but it was unfortunate I had during my stay. Even so, I rate 10 out of 10.

It's in a good location, perfect for day trips. The receptionists are friendly, polite, and helpful. The room is pleasant, quite spacious, and well furnished. The bed is comfortable, but the pillow was very hard.

The internet was very slow. The environmental rules are interesting. If I want to comply with them, I have to put dirty towels and trash cans in the hallway, because otherwise the cleaning staff won't come in. However, if you hang everything on the door handle, you will get all your belongings back. On the sixth day, I had six pairs of slippers, six pajamas, six razors, etc., which were completely unnecessary. I don't understand how much they save by doing this. An interesting philosophy. Another thing that I think is not appropriate for such a high-quality hotel is that all the male waiters at breakfast had tattered aprons. This is sloppy and not worthy of this place.

The location is excellent it is on the train station. The hotel lounge is comfortable and have a good view.

Great location at the train station. Our hotel room was good size and had an expanded bathroom with a large, jacuzzi tub. The hotel has a nicely appointed lounge for guests and the breakfast was reasonably priced and delicious. Staff were very helpful. All in all, we had a wonderful stay and I will happily stay there again if I have the pleasure to return to Sendai.

The room itself has limited storage, just a small closet. It did have adequate room for suitcase storage, with a shelf in the closet and a suitcase rack in the room.

This hotel could not be handier to access from Sendai Station. It is reached from the same level as the Shin-Kansen barrier, along a corridor about 100 metres long, and past several inviting restaurants. This is my second visit to the hotel (I stayed two nights in 2024) and the room this time for a single night stay did not have the spectacular view of the last, over the city to the east, but still a good view. The rooms are comfortable and well-appointed. Breakfast is very well appointed with a large choice of Japanese and western foods. The hotel does a good evening meal, and there are several restaurants just outside the front door.

The bed could have been better positioned so that it was easily accessible from both sides.

Room was excellent, bigger than expected. Great views of the surrounding train station, loved watching the trains come in and out. Shower was amazing, wet room was really big. Location can be tricky to find initially as it's in Sendai train station, but once you know where it is, you're in a great location to go anywhere in the city, and out of the city on the trains.

Opted for the eco-option of not having the room cleaned, towels replace etc, to come back to the biggest bag of new amenities I've ever seen one evening, not too eco-friendly in that regard.

Great hotel, we have stayed here before and will definitely stay again! The staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful and many have excellent English. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and always clean. We had a great view across Sendai to the ocean. Location is so convenient next to the station and the range of restaurants in the walk between the station and the hotel is terrific.

Nothing, everything was impressive. Once we eat at the restaurant I am sure this will go from a 9 to a 10 rating.

Location is great once you've figured out the route from the main station it is quite easy to get to. Being on top of the station and mall it has everything you need on the doorstep. The lobby had this amazing smell (they must pump fragrance into it!) Our room was a little tight but it was very modern, had a lovely little Japanese tea pot and the most fantastic floor to ceiling window and view. The breakfast buffet had a decent amount of vegetarian options and then French toast was divine!

Nothing to complain about. Didn't have enough time in Sendai/North Japan so will be back again and would definitely stay in this hotel!

Room is spacious enough to let me open up 2 suitcases. (I had a queen bed) Bathroom is well equipped with a great shower & a sensible layout. Bed was firm & not sagging from over-use. And the location is amazingly convenient for Shinkansen users. Not only that, the hotel provided baggage forwarding service to our next hotel in Tokyo. Good job. Staff warm & super-helpful.

The dust coating the ledge at the head of the bed. And under the chairs. Could do with a more thorough vacuum at least once in a while. That was the let-down of an otherwise, a most pleasant experience. 3

The best part of the hotel is its location, which makes it extremely convenient to reach or go anywhere. The room was as clean as I’d expect from many Japanese hotels. However, the inside of the kettle was spotless, which was a little surprising. There was one interesting shower feature: in addition to the showerhead and bath faucet, there was a fixed spray in the middle that rotated and sprayed water at your body. It was fancy, but from my perspective, not really necessary.
