Location was close to the station - an 8 minute walk. Breakfast was delicious and they offered a variety of options. They would have same core food for the majority, but then mix up some of the special hot food and drinks across the days. Room was clean and quiet. We stayed partially during Golden Week, and they arranged alternatives to handle the increased number of people, which was forward thinking of them. Everything went smooth for us. The staff was very kind and attentive. Check in and out processes were very smooth and quick. They had a lobby / seated area by the front desk that you can relax at, that we used to plan our itenerary a bit. Was very nice and convenient.

Toilet seat was a bit loud when you sat down. It does a short rinsing, and I've seen this behaviour with other hotels, so it didn't surprise me. The noise was just slightly louder than we preferred. (It stops after 10 seconds)

Location is nice, only 2 block away from the station, it wasn’t difficult to reach even with suitcases. Comfy bed and clean room. Easy check in and check-out.

Breakfast is ok, nothing fancy. If I could opt out, I would to save some money.

Great Value for money! Right next to the train station and shopping. Room was bigger than most I've stayed at in Japan. Parking on site. Would definitely stay again.

Check in is on the second floor and the elevator stops there Everytime!

Good value/budget option for those needing access to the east side of Sendai Station. Close enough to the station; and it put us a very short walk to pick up our rental car the following day. Twin room size was bigger than expected. Nice included breakfast option.

Breakfast ok. Location ok because is near to the Sendai train station. Room quite clean.

Room little bit small. The dryer at the lobby area like not working well. Twice we dry our clothes but still not fully dry.

The hotel was really great, close to the station and dining. The atmosphere is very good, they provided great services. The staffs are very helpful with information makes everything easy for your trip.
