Location was perfect for travelling around Sendai and the local area. The room was just big enough for two people and their luggage. The room was very clean and the towels were changed daily. The housekeepers were very nice and would do anything in their power to make your stay more comfortable. Everything in the room worked and was in good working order. The front desk stored our luggage after check out and arranged for a van to the airport for us. They were very helpful and kind. Recommend using Google Translator, since the hotel staff doesn't speak very much English,

Breakfast got boring after a few days, since it the dishes on offer never changed. Coffee was terrible, as in most Japanese hotels.

Location is great. This is within the Sendai train station complex, so access was very easy and convenient. The hotel facilities are beautiful with several restaurants serving various kinds of cuisine. Room was a decent size for Japan, comfortable, clean. There is a mini fridge, hot water pot. We enjoyed a buffet breakfast at Serenity restaurant which served many local foods.

Mattress was a little soft for me, but probably fine for others. Staff were courteous, but not as friendly as other hotels in Japan. That isn't to say that service was subpar. Service was fine.

Location, size of room are great.

The price difference between smoking and non smoking rooms is huge. When we asked for a non smoking room, we need to top up JPY5000 per night. Most of the other hotels do not charge extra, just need to book accordnginly. This is the first time we encountered such needs to pay extra.

This is a very nice hotel located close to Sendai Station, as well as downtown shops, restaurants, and all other essential services for tourists. In fact, an escalator from the hotel lobby takes you directly to the plaza where the entrance to the train station is located.

A little bit expensive, but worth it for the convenience.

I loved staying here—the view in the room I got was nice and what I imagined. Fast wifi as I am working whilst travelling, telly has Netflix and other streaming services, loved that I can sit by the window, comfy pillows though the bathroom lighting could’ve been better but all good! Staff are also very very kind and helpful!

Staff is very helpful, answered all my questions (even when asking for direction to other cities). All requests for the rooms are met. Outstanding service. Amenities within the hotel is also perfect. The hotel is also super conveniently located right next to the metro, easy access to everywhere else.

Their staff was friendly. Biggest attraction is the hotel's location which is right outside Sendai Station's west exit. It is also located close to more than 3 department stores and the main shopping district. The room is also fairly sound proof at night

Good location, right next to Sendai train and bus station. Can walk through the mall to reach trains without going outside.

The decor feels outdated and the lighting in the bathroom was a bit too dark. Not enough power points to charges devices. But it’s not a big issue.

Everything: location, cleanliness, bed and pillows are extremely comfortable. A big shout out to the laundry department, our clothes came back folded, individually wrapped in plastics and beautifully presented. Thank you!!
